\(=1-\dfrac{1}{2}+\dfrac{1}{2}-\dfrac{1}{3}+\dfrac{1}{3}-\dfrac{1}{4}+...+\dfrac{1}{99}-\dfrac{1}{100}\)

\(=1-\dfrac{1}{100}< 1\).

b. Có: \(\dfrac{1}{2^2}< \dfrac{1}{1.2};\dfrac{1}{3^2}< \dfrac{1}{2.3};...;\dfrac{1}{100^2}< \dfrac{1}{99.100}\).

\(\Rightarrow\dfrac{1}{2^2}+\dfrac{1}{3^2}+...+\dfrac{1}{100^2}< \dfrac{1}{1.2}+\dfrac{1}{2.3}+...+\dfrac{1}{99.100}< 1\)

1) Ta có :

\(\dfrac{1}{n}-\dfrac{1}{n+1}=\dfrac{n+1}{n\left(n+1\right)}-\dfrac{n}{n\left(n+1\right)}=\dfrac{1}{n\left(n+1\right)}\)

Vậy \(\dfrac{1}{n\left(n+1\right)}=\dfrac{1}{n}-\dfrac{1}{n+1}\rightarrowđpcm\)

2) \(A=\dfrac{1}{1.2}+\dfrac{1}{2.3}+............+\dfrac{1}{99.100}\)

\(\Leftrightarrow A=1-\dfrac{1}{2}+\dfrac{1}{2}-\dfrac{1}{3}+......+\dfrac{1}{99}-\dfrac{1}{100}\)

\(\Leftrightarrow A=1-\dfrac{1}{100}\)

\(\Leftrightarrow A=\dfrac{99}{100}\)

= 1/1 - 1/100

= 99/100

Lời giải:

Ta có:

\(A=\frac{1}{2.3}+\frac{1}{3.4}+\frac{1}{4.5}+...+\frac{1}{99.100}\)

\(A=\frac{3-2}{2.3}+\frac{4-3}{3.4}+\frac{5-4}{4.5}+...+\frac{100-99}{99.100}\)

\(A=\frac{1}{2}-\frac{1}{3}+\frac{1}{3}-\frac{1}{4}+\frac{1}{4}-\frac{1}{5}+....+\frac{1}{99}-\frac{1}{100}\)

\(A=\frac{1}{2}-\frac{1}{100}< \frac{1}{2}\)

Vậy ta có đpcm.

=> 3A=1+\(\dfrac{1}{3}+\dfrac{1}{3^2}+..........+\dfrac{1}{3^{98}}\)

=> 3A-A= 1-\(\dfrac{1}{3^{99}}\)

=> A=\(\dfrac{1}{2}-\dfrac{1}{3^{99}.2}\)

=> A<1/2

Vậy A<1/2
