I have many hobbies, but I like reading most. Books are always a good friend to me. It is a good way to improve my vocabularies by exposing many new words. By reading, I get better at concentration because it requires me to focus on what I am reading for long periods. It also opens up the knowledge door for me. Reading books tell me about the world's history, let me see the structure of the brain, or bring me a story of Sherlock Holmes. I think reading is one of the most interesting indoors activity.
1. My hobby
Reading book is my favorite hobby. I started it when I was 5. I never forget my joy and happiness when I reccived the book with many pictures from my mom. Since then, I like reading. I often read books in my free time, after doing my homework and housework. I read many kinds of books such as: fairy tales, novel, comic,... even detective story. I read "Nobody's Boy" of Hector Malot, "20,000 Leagues Under the sea" of Jules Vern, Sherlock Homles of Authur Conan Doyle or Detective Conan - a famous comic of Gosho Aoyama,... All of them are very interesting, precious and knowledgeable. I think reading is a good habit for us. First, books are like our teachers. They teach us many things and give us a big treasure of knowledge. Second, reading book helps us relax when we are tired. It's a great way to keep us happy. I'm sure that you'll never feel alon when you have an interesting book. For me, books are like my best friends. I love them so much. I wish I can read many others books.
2. Health
It's so easy to get sick so to have good health is very important. I have some advices for you to keep fit. First, you should do morning exercice regulary. You can play many sports such as: football, cycling, swimming,... or jogging everyday. They help you stay in shape. Next, you must have 3 meals a day: breakfast, lunch and dinner. You haven't to miss any meals and keep them on time because they help you get enough energy to work all day. Besides that, you had better eat a lot of healthy food like vegetables and fruit, not junk food. They can help you to avoid obesity. Then, spending more time playing computer games or watching TV are bad for your eyes. You should play these games and watch TV two or three days, or less. Especially, you should try to rest more by listening to music in your free time. The final advice is do all of the above. Are they easy to practice?
