A hobby offers the time and space to relax. Sporting hobbies such as golf, hiking or running allow people to get out into the fresh air. This has been shown to have real benefits for someone’s mental health. Exercise increases endorphins in the body which help people to feel good, but activities that make you sweat are not the only one that produce that feeling.

Computers seem to play a vital part to over life; however using computers brings about many disadvantages. Firstly, it's harmful to people's health. Obviously, the blue light from computer screens do bad to our eyes. Thus, more and more people have visual problems after using computers. Morevers, many people claim that they feel dizzy after long hour working with computers. Another drawback of using this invention is that it can be a waste of time on games on computers. Regardless of the negative effects on health, this is truely a waste of time for the above reasons, using computers is disadvantages.
