One of the most popular quiz programmes on television in the world is called Who Wants To Be A Millionaire? In Britain, the quiz master is Chris Tarrant. He asks the contestants fifteen questions. THE BENEFITS OF TV
TV is now taking on more and more importance in our lives. For many it is now the main source of entertainment and they use it as a form of relaxation after a hard day at work or school. It is a way of forgetting about reality for a few hours. Most people like to watch comedy programmes or game shows, which do not require too much concentration. However, there are also many people who see TV differently. They use it to find out about the outside world, as a source of information. They switch it on when it’s time for the news or when there is a documentary on an interesting subject.
