Just like the other rivers, the river in my hometown curves like a dragon. It brings the salty taste of my countryside, the countryside with historic sites, the countryside with masterpieces. It is the taste that has attached to me every fiber. Although the river is not very wide, it is very long. In the morning when the sun rises, the river wears a flowing peach silk shirt, noon about that peach silk shirt is replaced by a freshly sewn blue shirt, in the afternoon it is covered in glitter gold. At night, the river wears a black shirt with a moon in the center of its chest and stars are attached to the strip like diamonds.
River water is like a stream of fresh milk irrigating fields, cool water is always open to welcome us to bathe, swim and play on the hot summer days.
The river has become a flesh and blood of my homeland. The river has witnessed many beautiful memories of our childhood. Tomorrow I will grow up, but when I go far from the horizon on the corner of the sea I will still remember my hometown, the memories with the river will remain with me forever
Each summer vacation, I am taken to the countryside by my parents so as to relax after a hard working term. I really like the life here. In rural areas, there are not as many houses and vehicles as in the city. As the result, the atmosphere is quite fresh and cool. Most people mainly travel by bicycle or on foot. The landscape is very poetic and picturesque. There are many gardens, rivers here. We can grow vegetables or chickens, fish,... on our own. The local are very kind, generous and friendly. They are willing to give directions to strangers and help each other in difficult times. Whenever we are away, we can relievedly ask our neighbors to keep our houses and children . Another thing that we especially like is that in the countryside, we are reconciled to nature so that the soul is always open and the body is healthy. Living in the countryside is fun and wonderful. In the future, I really want to live here.

Mỗi lần nghỉ hè, mình lại được cha mẹ cho về quê chơi, thư giãn sau một kì học căng thẳng. Mình rất thích cuộc sống ở đây. Ở nông thôn không có nhiều nhà cửa,xe cộ đi lại như ở thành phố nên không khí khá trong lành và mát mẻ. Mọi người chủ yếu đi lại bằng xe đạp hay đi bộ. Khung cảnh rất nên thơ, đẹp như tranh vẽ. Ở đây có rất nhiều những vườn tược, sông ngòi. Chúng ta có thể tự tay trồng những loại rau củ hay nuôi gà, nuôi cá,... Người dân ở đây rất tốt bụng, phóng khoáng và thân thiện. Họ sẵn sàng chỉ đường cho người lạ và giúp đỡ nhau những lúc khó khăn. Mỗi khi đi xa, ta có thể yên tâm nhờ hàng xóm trông hộ nhà cửa, con cái. Một điều nữa mà mình đặc biệt thích là ở nông thôn, chúng ta được giao hòa với thiên nhiên bởi vậy mà tâm hồn lúc nào cũng rộng mở và cơ thể thì khỏe mạnh. Cuộc sống ở nông thôn thật thú vị và tuyệt vời. Trong tương lai, mình rất muốn sống ở đây.

Trong cuộc sống hiện đại, ngày càng có nhiều người bỏ nông thôn để lên thành phố sinh sống. Lí do khách quan là ở thành phố đem đến cho họ cuộc sống thoải mái, công việc yêu thích. Nguyên nhân chủ quan là do những lợi ích sau đây mà nông thôn mang đến. Đầu tiên, không thể phủ nhận rằng cơ sở hạ tầng ở nông thôn không hiện đại, tiên tiến. Đường xá khá nhỏ hẹp và xuống cấp. Các trường học, bệnh viện không được quan tâm tu sửa. Điều đặc biệt là đội ngũ giáo viên, bác sỹ chất lượng ở đây thì không nhiều nên con người có ít cơ hội để phát triển một cách toàn diện hơn là ở thành phố. Cuối cùng nhưng không kém phần quan trọng, bất lợi lớn nhất ở nông thôn là cơ hội việc làm rất khan hiếm. Các công việc chủ yếu là thủ công, nghề nông, mang lại nguồn thu nhập khá ít ỏi. Với tiền lương ấy, chúng ta chỉ có thể sống qua ngày chứ không dư giả cho các dịch vụ, mua sắm, giải trí,... Như vậy, bên cạnh những mặt tích cực, cuộc sống ở nông thông còn rất nhiều những bất lợi. Mỗi chúng ta cần cân nhắc kĩ lưỡng trước khi chọn nơi để sinh sống.
