When I'm stressed, I usually go for a run. It helps me release anxiety and tension as well as keeps me fit.
As I'm quite busy, it's somehow inconvenient to join the gym with a fixed schedule. My preference is something flexible and easy - Running meets that. No equipment required, just my feet, and just myself!
Previously, I used to play badminton and do dance sports. But until now, running is the most durable to me.
There is nothing more exciting than spending every Saturday afternoon running or jogging at the park, I suppose.
