I think watching TV is up to each person, each different ages . For children, I think should not watch too many cartoons on TV, in addition to viewing the animation, see the program useful and spend time learning and outdoor activities. With adults, see the news of the day, soccer, ... but also should not watch too much because the eye will be affected and there is no time to do something else
