There are many argument against the death penalty. It’s not a (1)............ against the crimesthat it punishes. The death penalty obviously kills people, but it also (14)............... physically by the brutalnaturre of execution anh psychologically by forcing individuals to wait to be killed. Theywait sometimes for decades,  while others are led to their (15)................ The horror of thiswaiting is unimaginable.Human rights are thus called because they apply to all humans, they belong to all of usequally.
