I think it's wrong. Sometimes children needs educational activities but not always. Free time is also for children to have a rest and some entertainment but if there's always educational activities then children can have depression because of too much learning. It's not wasting time if they have some entertainment because if they don't have any, they actually don't have anything that's fun and they can find life really boring, sometimes can make the child suicide.
