I think diet is important for us because focusing on that would make us healthy. In my opinion, a balanced diet is that you eat each type of food just enough, no more or less. For instance, you have to eat meatless than fruits and vegetables. Most Vietnamese people have rice for their diet, and lots of people prefer to have canned food. Many people enjoy eating out when they are busy and do not have time to make their own food and the food might be better. I think the most difference between restaurant food and cooked food is that the food in restaurants is usually better than cooked food.
