Ngược lại , nếu ngồi nơi ánh sáng yếu thì lượng ánh sáng hắt vào mắt yếu, mắt ta rất khó nhận thấy rõ các dòng chữ vì thế làm cho mắt rất căng thẳng. Nếu đọc trong những tình trạng nêu trên dễ làm hỏng mắt.
