Student A:

What kind of diet do you follow?

Student B:

I follow a balanced diet. I eat a lot of fruits and vegetables, and I try to avoid fast foods. What about you?

Student A:

I try to eat healthy too. I also avoid dairy because it upsets my stomach. Do you eat any special foods for health reasons?

Student B:

Actually, I avoid red meat for health reasons. I stick to chicken or fish as my main protein sources. What about you? Do you avoid any foods for health reasons?

Student A:

Yes, I avoid fast foods because I think they’re bad for my digestion and energy levels. I also drink a lot of water and green tea instead of sugary drinks. How about desserts? Do you eat them often?

Student B:

I try to limit desserts, but I do enjoy dark chocolate sometimes. How about you? Do you eat sweets?

Student A:

Not very often. I mostly stick to fruit if I want something sweet. I try to keep my sugar intake low. What’s your favorite type of snack?

Student B:

I love nuts, especially almonds and walnuts. They’re a great snack, and they’re healthy too. How about you?

Student A:

I like hummus with veggies as a snack. It’s filling and healthy. Do you drink coffee or tea?

Student B:

I drink green tea every day. It helps me feel energized. I also drink coffee in the morning but without sugar. How about you?

Student A:

I drink coffee too, but I only have it in the morning. I prefer it black or with a little almond milk. What’s your typical breakfast?

Student B:

I usually have oatmeal with fruit or a smoothie with spinach, banana, and almond milk. How about you?

Student A:

For breakfast, I typically have eggs with spinach and a slice of whole wheat toast. It keeps me full for a long time.
