It is necessary to avoid soft drinks like coke and fanta because they are not good for our health.  It is better to drink mineral water or fruit juice instead.  In addition to this, it is widely believed that people, especially children should not consume too much fast food and sugary products. 

Phuong, my partner, has a healthy diet. She never skips breakfast and has eggs, vegetable and bread for breakfast. She said that it is the most important meal during the day, so she always has a big meal in the morning. In the evening, she eats not too much, because overeating may cause sleeplessness. She never eats fast food or sweet candies or buys soft drinks. Her diet include enough nutrients, which are recommended by her private doctor. Phuong tries to limit intake of fats, salt, sodium and sugar. She told me that she loves fruits and vegetables. Her favourite food is boiled eggs. She often tells me: "You should eat healthy to have a good health"

My hobby is watching TV. I like it because it's so much fun. There are many interesting things: cartoon programs on my favorite airtime - 6 pm, dramas which I can watch with my family, educational shows which I can learn from,... Watching TV is not bad, but doing it for hours is harmful.

Over time we live and develop, each of us will choose a unique habit. My friends have a habit of playing games on the weekends. Personally, I have a habit of reading in my free time every day.  This habit of mine is formed from the shape of my hobby. Since childhood I have enjoyed reading. The types of books that I often read are books about life, manners, and economics. Ever since I could read, I have always enjoyed reading. However, when I was a kid, the kind of books I read were usually comic books. Currently, studying time is quite busy so I don’t have a fixed time for reading. However, whenever I have time I will read. I usually carry a book that I am half-reading in my bag. This ensures I can read ns anywhere and at any suitable time. I think the habit of reading has helped me improve myself a lot. In the future I will keep this useful habit. If you are free, you can practice reading habits like me.

Đọc sách là một việc làm cần thiết đối với mọi người, nhất là các bạn học sinh. Sách đã và đang tồn tại ở rất nhiều hình thức khác nhau: ký tự khắc trên đá, trên thẻ tre, in trên giấy,… nhưng đều với mục đích chung là lưu giữ và phổ biến kiến thức của nhân loại. Khi đọc những sách về chủ đề khoa học, lịch sử, địa lý,… chúng ta sẽ biết được thêm nhiều kiến thức mới mẻ về các lĩnh vực trong cuộc sống. Trong thực tế, không chỉ dừng lại ở việc tiếp thu và nâng cao kiến thức, đọc sách còn bồi dưỡng tư tưởng, tình cảm tốt đẹp, giúp chúng ta hoàn thiện về mọi mặt. Sách giúp chúng ta rèn luyện khả năng tưởng tượng, liên tưởng và sáng tạo. Ngoài ra, việc đọc sách sẽ giúp chúng ta nâng cao khả năng ngôn ngữ của cả tiếng Việt lẫn tiếng nước ngoài. Nhờ những cuốn sách, chúng ta có thể viết đúng chính tả, đúng ngữ pháp và nói năng lưu loát hơn. Hơn nữa, sách còn là người thầy hướng dẫn ta cách sống tốt, cách làm người đúng đắn. Thế nhưng, muốn đạt được những lợi ích đó, mỗi chúng ta phải là những người đọc sáng suốt, biết chọn lựa sách phù hợp với mình và phải biết tránh xa những cuốn sách có nội dung xấu xa, đồi trụy. Tóm lại, việc đọc những cuốn sách hay luôn đem đến cho con người những điều bổ ích và cần thiết trong cuộc sống.

My hobby is watching TV. I like very much to watch TV in my free time. Watching TV is my hobby however it never interfere with my study. First I prefer to complete my school home works and study well then I watch TV. I think I have a good hobby because watching TV provides me good knowledge in many areas. I generally see news and discovery channels including animal planet on the TV. I also watch good cartoons which give me new and creative ideas to make arts and cartoons. My parents appreciate my hobby and they become very happy when they listen all the latest news through me in my voice.

Now, I am 14 years old and read in class 3rd standard however I develop this hobby from early childhood. Watching TV in right ways plays very important roles in our lives. It benefits a lot if used in creative ways. It keeps us update about all the news and happenings going out all across the world. Having knowledge about the happenings has become the necessity of the modern society because of huge level of competition. It provides lot of benefits because it improves our knowledge as well gives information maintain our life style. There are various new programs on TV which are specially relay to increase our awareness about worldwide affairs. There are various subjective programs about history, maths, economics, science, geography, culture, etc relay to increase our knowledge
