Hi. My name’s Phuong Linh, and I’m 16 years old. I’m from Nam Dinh, but I live in Ha Noi now. I live with my parents and little sister in a small house in Thanh Xuan District. I’m a student, and I want to study hard to go to university. At school, my favourite subjects are Maths and English. My hobby is reading books. My dream is to own a book shop, where I can review the best books for my customers. Next year, I will find a part-time job related to books, or I will join a summer camp. I will gain experience from those activities, and maybe I can earn some money. I look forward to the summer.

Last summer, my family went to Phu Quoc for our vacation. We flew to Phu Quoc from Hanoi and stayed in a resort near the beach. Every day, we went swimming and walked on the beautiful beach. One day, we went on a Safari and to a water park. It was interesting to see wild animals. At that weekend, we took a bus to the central market. We tried local food and bought a lot of souvenirs. On the next day, we visited a fishing village. The fishermen were very friendly. They taught us how to catch fish and weave the fishing net. In the afternoon, we went to a farm where people grow pepper. We took a lot of photos. It was an amazing trip!

Cát Bà National Park is located approximately 30 kilometres (19 mi) east of Hai Phong, Viet Nam and covers most of Cát Bà island. The park was established on 31 March 1986. The island is mainly limestone with alternating narrow valleys running north-east to south-west. The park covers about 263 square kilometres (102 sq mi) and comprises 173 square kilometres (67 sq mi) of land and 90 square kilometres (35 sq mi) of inshore water. It is famous for the Cát Bà langur, also known as the white-headed langur (Trachypithecus poliocephalus) is resident within the park and is classified by the International Union for Conservation of Nature as a critically endangered primate; one of the rarest in the world. So far, 282 fauna species have been recorded in the park. These include 32 species of mammals, 78 bird species, 20 species of reptiles and amphibians, 98 species of zooplankton, 196 species of marine fish and 177 species of coral. And over 1,500 species of plants have been recorded including 118 trees and 160 plants with medicinal properties.
