Đôi khi, lòng tự trọng của bạn sẽ bị thử thách khắc nghiệt trước thất bại. Dù niềm tin của bạn có mạnh mẽ đến đâu thì nó đôi lúc sẽ bị tổn thương. Nhưng khi đó, ta nhìn nhận lại được khả năng thực sự của mình & hiểu rằng mình là ai,thì dù cho những biến cố xấu có thể xảy ra bất cứ lúc nào, làm tổn thương đến lòng tự trọng của mình, bạn vẫn giữ được niềm tin vào chính mình.

Ta biết rằng niềm tin & lòng tự trọng sẽ ở mãi bên bạn sau bao cơn sóng gió. Và đó cũng chính là nền móng để bạn xây dựng lòng tự trọng của mình.

Theo chúng ta thì những trải nghiệm thời thơ ấu đóng 1 vai trò quan trọng trong việc hình thành lòng tự trọng của mỗi chúng ta.Và khi lớn lên,gặp thất bại hay gặt hái được thành công cùng với cách đới xử của gia đình bạn bè.,,,đèu gtác đọng trực tiếp & góp phần hình thành nê longf tự trọng của mỗi người.

Lòng tự trọng của mỗi người cũng giống như sự tự tin của họ trước mọi người. Trong cuộc sống & công việc,sự tự tin về bản thân sẽ giúp chúng ta rất nhiều để tạo nên những mối quan hệ tốt & làm được những điều tưởng chừng bạn không thể thực hiện được.Chính sự tự tin đó giúp ta khơi dậy được những khả năng kỳ diệu ma đôi khi khiến ban phải ngạc nhiên về mình.

Thế nhưng , đôi lúc việc quá tin vào mình, đè cao bản thân sẽ khiến bạn dễ bbị ảo tưởng & về lâu dài sẽ chỉ mang đến cho bạn toàn thất vọng mà thôi.Cho dù năng lực thực sự là thế nào đi nữa thì chúng ta cũng không nên tự cho rằng mình có thể biết & làm được tất cả mọi g không cthứ.Bởi chính sự đề cao quá mức đó sẽ làm mòn & huỷ hoại dần lòng tự trọng của bạn.Bởi vậy mà lòng tự trọng phải được hình thành từ những đánh giá thực tế trên năng lực thực sự của mỗi người.

Trên thực tế, người quá kiêu hãnh về mình dễ bị tổn thương khi gặp phải thất bại. Và họ còn luôn tỏ ra nghiêm khắc với bản thân & ko dễ dàng tha thứ cho những lỗi lầm của mình.Nó khiến lòng tự trọng của họ bị tổn thương. Và sau đó nỗi sợ hãi phải đối mặt với thất bại sẽ thường ám ảnh & tác động lên khả năng làm việc của họ.

Nhưng còn có nhiều người thiếu lòng tự trọng.Họ làm việc & hành động cần suy nghĩ.Thậm chí có những con người làm những việc xấu xa , tồi tệ chỉ để thoả mãn tham vọng quá lớn.Họ đánh mất đi lòng tự trọng của bản thân.

Cả 2 loại người trên cũng giống như nước & lửa.

Cho nên khi bỏ qua cái tôi cá nhân để gắng vượt lên những thảm kich mà không nắm lấy những thất bại , tức giận...quả là 1 điều không dễ dàng.

1. Write about your favourite TV programme.

I like to watch Television. I used to watch cartoon programmes, general knowledge programmes and craft programmes. Among all ,I love the Programme ‘craft’, shown on the Kids Channel every day at 6 o’ clock in the evening. I am very fond of this Programme because they show how to make decorative items with the help of various things. With waste items like old newspapers, ice cream sticks, disposable plates and glasses, plastic bottles etc. The timing of this Programme is also suitable for me as it showed in evening. I made many things by learning through this Programme like plastic bottle castle, Ice cream sticks lamp etc. Everyone praised my efforts. I love this Programme and don’t miss even a single episode.

2. Write about your favourite sport.

My favorite sport is football. In America people called it Soccer. But I like to call it Football. It has been my favorite sport almost for 10 years, when I was 15 years old, and it still is, even though I’m not practicing it anymore. Nowadays, most of people in the world like football,so it is called the king of sports. Why do people like it? I think the most reason is it easy to play. You can play football every where if you just have a ball with the right size. Not only men play football but also women can play. There is the World Champion for men players each 4 years, and for Women as well. In addition, football have a big attraction. When World cup took place, a large number of millions people watched it on TV and saw it directly. Now there are many football club in each country, even district, school in the world. In the football today there are much more money involved, especially in sponsors. But player also cost a lot, There are many players as C.Ronaldo, Beckham, Zidane who cost over 50 million euro, even over 100 million euro. Many big and famous club have large stadiums with alot of fan in all over the world. They can get a great number of billion US dollar from broadcasting copywrite every year and a big avenue from sponsors and advertising. That prove the attration of football. To me, I like football because it's a useful, healthful, collective but competitive sport. I like fresh air on stadium on each match. Anyways football always is the most favorite sport of mine.

3. Write about your future house.

House is a place where we can shelter and it gives us a protection from rain, heat , storm etc. Everyone has their own choice on what type of house they feel comfortable to live, so do I. I enjoy to live in calm and open environment, so house built on small land won't be my choice. I want a large open space surrounded by compound where I can stroll especially when I feel bored on my job. I want the garden in front of my house which will give me natural environment. One more thing to mention here, I want the house which is far from main city and industrial area since I don't like the noisy environment.Oh, yeah, what about the size of the house? I prefer the medium size house having 2 or 3 floors. I don't like very large building because I have small family and I don't like to rent my home. I prefer to stay in second or ground floor during the summer season because the top floor is excessively heated during the very season whereas I like to stay in second or third floor during the winter as ground floor will be excessively cold during that period. Next thing is about gym room, I would like to have a fitness center within my premise as I am a young boy and I want to be a healthy person. 

I have mentioned so many physical needs in my above paragraph but I would like to conculde my writing saying cool and amicable family environment is must to make our home like a heaven. Otherwise, it will be a hell and we would like to spend most of our time outside the home rather than with family.

1. Write about your favourite TV programme:

   I am not particularly keen on watching TV, as in my opinion, not many TV programmes are worth watching but unfortunately the good ones end very late at night. As I often have to get up very early I prefer not to watch those films which finish very late, however good they may be.

   "Operación Triunfo" and "Mira quien baila" are some of the programmes that I usually watch. They both have something in common: they are both about acquiring artistic skills through effort and hard work. The difference between these programmes is the way they end. In the first programme the winners donate the prize money to a NGO. In the second programme the winners are offered a recording contract.

   In conclusion, these programmes are family orientated. The presenters and contestants in both programmes are friendly and funny, so enjoyment is guaranteed. I really enjoy watching the dancing and listening to the songs.

2. Write about your favourite sport:

   My favorite sport is playing badminton. There are four reasons why I like it. Firstly, I can improve my health through playing it. I play it about 2 times every week. It makes me feel energetic everyday. Secondly, I enjoy the feeling that badminton flies in the air. I can change the movement direction of badminton without much effort and make opponent lose it. Thirdly, I can make many friends when I play badminton. I often play it with many kinds of persons. We can improve our skills with exercises. Also we talk about many interesting things when we have an break. Finally, playing badminton is not as intense as other sports such as basketball and soccer. It lessens the possibility of being hurt. So If you like playing badminton, please feel free to contact me. I think we can exchange experiences and make friends.

There are many programmes on TV but my favourite TV programmes is Tom and Jerry.

This film is from the Americ. It is always shown on Cartoon Network " Tom and Jerry" cartoon is talking about conjlict between cat and mouse. Tom and Jerry was living under one roof. The main character is Tom and Jerry. Tom jealousy and love to over come other people, but he is very stupid. Mean while, Jerry is smart and agile.

I love it very much because the film gave me good lessons about friendship.
