I am a student and I always care about my health and my learning journey. To make sure that I'm fine, anyway I have to protect my health by eating vegetables and fish because these food always have nutritive which is for us . A: How long has your family lived in this city?

B: My family has been in Ho Chi Minh City for about fifty years. My parents and I were born here. Therefore, this is also my hometown.

B: I remembered my dad used to told me that in 1930, my grandfather move from Dalat City to HCM City to work and start a family with my grandmother. Because he loved the beauty here, he decided to settle down in Sai Gon forever.

B: Well, my family doesn't have anyone that emigrates to another country and we don't have any intention to do so because we love the peace and the pace of life in HCM City.

I'd like to tell you about my favourite food. It's beef noodle. It's made if rice, beef, and many kinds of herbs. I usually eat beef noodle in the morning. My favourite restaurant is Cuong Noodle. It's a small restaurant located on Tran Hung Dao street in Ho Chi Minh city. Whenever i eat beef noodle, it always makes me have a special taste. Hanoi capital is famous for beef noodle. At home, my mother makes beeff noodle very well. She often makes it when my family get toghether. We enjoy the happy time when we have beef noodle at home.

I often have flu. When I have flu, I often feel very tired and miserable. However, I have some ideas to avoid the illness. Firstly, it very good if you eat more vegetables and fruits. It problems many vitamins such as vitamin A, B, C, etc. Secondly, don't drink too much cold water because it is very bad for our health, especially our throats. Finally, it is very important to keep us warm in the winter. It will help us avoid getting flu. My mother often takes care of me when I have cold or flu.
