I have many hobbies, but I like reading most. Books are always a good friend to me. It is a good way to improve my vocabularies by exposing many new words.I star to reading book when i in grade 3.my brother inspired me to do that.I usualy share my hobby with my friend and my english teacher.By reading, I get better at concentration because it requires me to focus on what I am reading for long periods. It also opens up the knowledge door for me. Reading books tell me about the world's history, let me see the structure of the brain, or bring me a story of Sherlock Holmes. I think reading is one of the most interesting indoors activity and I will keep this hobby forever.

The shouts and footsteps of the uncle led the cockroaches in the corner of the panic fled.

I love playing with this robot, I see you as a quiet and intelligent little friend.

Making a cake is not an easy task. Before making a cake, especially chocolate cake, you have to collect some elements and follow some systems. The elements are – 1- ¼ cups sugar, ¾ cup butter, ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder, 2 eggs, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 1- ½ cups flour, 1 teaspoon baking soda, pinch of salt and 1 cup of milk. For the materials you just need a large sauce pan, a bowl and baking dish. Now you have to follow the steps. The first step is to melt the butter in a large sauce pan, at least halfway before adding the sugar and cocoa, then stir constantly over medium low heat until everything is melted. After that  remove from heat and allow cooling. Then in a bowl, combine the flour, baking powder and baking soda. Gradually you have to make sure the butter, sugar and chocolate mixture is cool enough that you can dip a finger in without burning your fingers. Next, you can mix in the vanilla, eggs, salt, the dry ingredients and the milk to the chocolate in altering amounts. After finishing all of them, you can pour the butter into the floured baking dish, and then bake at 3750 for about 15 – 20 minutes. It is done when a toothpick stuck into the tallest part comes out clear. Then you can put a cutting board on top of the dish and flip it over. Finally, make it cold and add some nuts as a decoration. Now the chocolate brownie cake is ready to serve.

Where I live, the specialty is beef noodle soup. This is a very popular dish in our country. Pho noodles are made from rice, which is made from the best types of rice. The broth for beef noodle soup is made by stewing beef bones in a large pot for a long time. The broth for another kind of pho is chicken noodle soup made from stewed chicken bones. 3, My hometown has a very special dish that everyone knows, omelette. To make this dish, you need eggs, fish sauce, a bowl, cooking oil, a pan, and a pair of chopsticks and onions. Vietnam is famous with its traditional and delicious dishes. All of them easioly bring to anyone's mouth indeed, but as myself, I enjoy spring rolls best. Spring rolls are lightly fried rice -paper rolls, smaller and crispier than Chinese egg rolls but more flavorful. They are filled with highly seasons morsels of crab, shrimp, chopped vegetables, onion, mushroom, vermicelli and eggs. To prepare them, place the above mentioned filling on a thin rice pancake, roll up then fry. Finally, spring rolls, when fully prepared, are wrapped into some kinds of fresh vegetables, then doused in fish sauce. My mother usually cooks spring rolls for me, especially on important days in year, such as Tet holiday. When I eat them, I feel all of my mother's love that she reserves for me. Pho is one of the Vietnamese traditional food. The most delicious and typical brand of Pho in Vietnam is Ha Noi Pho with wonderful flavor. There are two main kind of Pho: noodle soup with beef and sliced chicken, both of them are delicious and high nutrients. Pho is favorite food of almost Vietnamese and often served as breakfast. Moreover, Pho is popular in international market for its pleasant taste and reasonable price. Foreign tourists visit Vietnam and they really the taste of Pho here. I am very proud of it. In near future, I hope Pho will be more famous in other countries so that foreigners can enjoy this cuisine and understand about Vietnamese culture.

In Hanoi, Pho is very important because ut has a unforgettable taste, so people who come to visit Hanoi need to try it .
