As you know, there are many different and traditional food in Viet Nam and yellow sticky rice is one of them. Yellow sticky rice is not so difficult to cook if you know the recipe. First, you have to prepare ingredients include 500g sticky rice, three tbsp extract of turmeric, one cup of shredded coconut and 1/4 tsp salt. In my opinion, living in the countryside has its own pros and cons. According to benefits, it has fresh air, quite environment and friendly neighbors. Firstly, you have a healthy life. There are no dust, no smoke and no traffic jam. The air is fresh and the rain is also very clean. You can get raging water to cook rice and certainly have and tasted meal. Secondly, living in the countryside is peacful. It is very quiet to relax after working or there are many beautiful wide fields and fresh air.Finally, there are no separations in your town. Your neighors are friendly and helpful. They are really best friends. They will help you pleasently if you have trouble. Each problem has its solution anf your neighbors will share it for you. In conclusion, I prefer to live in the countryside, but I don't want to live there permanently.

My favourite food is egg fried rice. To make egg fried rice, you need two bowls of cold cooked rice, two eggs, two green onions (chopped), a half teaspoon of pepper, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of cooking oil. First, heat the oil over high heat in a frying pan. Second, add chopped onions and fry for a few seconds. Next, add cold cooked rice and stir for about 3 minutes. Then, pour beaten egg over the rice and stir quickly until all of the rice grains are coated in egg. Finally, add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, a half teaspoon of pepper and some chopped green onions. You can serve egg fried rice with some vegetables or you can eat with some slices of cucumber. You should serve it warm

Pho is one of the Vietnamese traditional food. The most delicious and typical brand of Pho in Vietnam is Ha Noi Pho with wonderful flavor. There are two main kind of Pho: noodle soup with beef and sliced chicken, both of them are delicious and high nutrients. Pho is favorite food of almost Vietnamese and often served as breakfast. Moreover, Pho is popular in international market for its pleasant taste and reasonable price. Foreign tourists visit Vietnam and they really like the taste of Pho here. I am very proud of it. In near future, I hope Pho will be more famous in other countries so that foreigners can enjoy this cuisine and understand about Vietnamese culture.

Vietnam is famous with its traditional and delicious dishes. All of them easioly bring to anyone's mouth indeed, but as myself, I enjoy spring rolls best. Spring rolls are lightly fried rice -paper rolls, smaller and crispier than Chinese egg rolls but more flavorful. They are filled with highly seasons morsels of crab, shrimp, chopped vegetables, onion, mushroom, vermicelli and eggs. Vietnam is a country with a treasure is very rich festival. Inside, I like Mid-autumn festival best. This is the day children’s festival, also known as the “Festival looks Moon”. Mid-autumn Festival held in everywhere of Vietnam on 15th lunar month every year. Children are provided many kind of lantern. There is a super famous comic book series that I am sure most of people in all over the world know, and it is Doraemon. It started as a simple series for children which took a small part in the magazine. However, it had surprisingly created a big wave which even reached out to the whole world. The story is about a robot cat from the future who has to come back to the past to help a small boy to fix his miserable life. That boy is Nobita – a slow and clumsy boy. Together they been through a lot of interesting things in the daily life as well as thrilling adventures. Doraemon has a small pocket on his belly, but actually it is a magic pocket which can contain countless of things. That is where he stores all of his gadgets from the future, and they help Nobita to overcome the difficulties in his life. Besides the two main characters, Nobita has other friends such as Shizuka, Takeshi, Suneo, Doremi, Dekisugi and many more. Shizuka is Nobita’s crush, and lately she becomes his wife. Takeshi – or also known as Jaian – is the one who always bully Nobita for his silliness, but sometimes he also stands out to protect his friends and family. Suneo is a rich kid, and he is the best assistant of Jaian when bullying Nobita. They fight a lot, but they are kids after all. The comic is not just only a form of entertainment, but it also has many valuable lessons about life. We can learn how to treasure friendship, protect the environment, and stay away from bad things after reading it. Doraemon is my favorite book, and I think there are a lot of people out there also love it like me.
