Nhưng trong cuộc sống, ta cũng cần phải có sự tôn trọng, thông cảm và hỗ trợ lẫn nhau. Do đó, cần phải giữ thăng bằng giữa "cái tôi" và "cái ta", tức là sự cân bằng giữa sự tự trọng cá nhân và sự tôn trọng, hỗ trợ lẫn nhau trong cộng đồng.
