Bố em đã từng tham gia khám bệnh miễn phí cho người dân tộc ở vùng cao. Việc làm của bố em giúp cho nhiều người có hoàn cảnh khó khăn được khám bệnh miễn phí và biết được tình hình sức khỏe của mình.

There are a lot of volunteer activities in Des Moines. One of my favorites is Meals from the Heartland. Meals from the Heartland allows volunteers to pack meals for the needy. Each shift is only 2 hours long. However, I always want to stay longer because it's fun to help people. These meals then will be shipped out to the needy ones in the city, in different states, and around the world. Meals from the Heartland is one of many fun and helpful volunteer activities in Des Moines. 

Ideally, what I’d like to do is helping other people, so I’m volunteering at an old folks’ home.

I had been longing for a meaningful experience, and I finally found it there.

What I really loved about going there was talking about all sorts of things with the people I met.

Some had traveled a lot and others had spent their whole lives in my little town. Even so, all of them had gone on such incredible journeys, which included: raising kids, learning skills, and overcoming challenges.

To be honest, I’ve traveled to the far most corners of the world and been on the most incredible journeys, through the stories that my friends have told me, both young and old. It’s both peaceful and fulfilling and I wouldn’t trade it for anything, neither would my friends because they know I’ll always be here for them when they return…

Lí do : Vì em thấy xã hội bây giờ đã phát triển hơn rất nhiều . Tuy là vậy nhưng một số người dân vùng cao còn có cả người dân Đồng bằng vẫn còn rất nhiều khó khăn nên em đã làm những việc đó để có thể giúp đỡ họ một phần trong cuộc sống . 

Việc em tình nguyện :

+ Cho áo , quần người nghèo khổ 

+ Lí do em cho là : Họ nghèo chỉ có 1 bộ quần áo để mặc nên em giúp đỡ họ

In Vietnam, almost everyone, has been a volunteer work and I have too. At my age, I have not been donate blood so I often donate books, toys and clothes for street children and homeless people. I often do this work with my mother. Latest here on Sunday, I with my mother was used to donate books and clothes for a charity organization. In here, I met the orphans children. I played with them. Then I gave candies to them. They were all very happy.Some people think doing volunteer work is waste of time but in my opinion, doing volunteer work help me relax after school and it help me healthy. When I doing this work, I feel very happy to bring happiness to them

       I am a volunteer so I have done many things for the community service. Last month, I raised money and funds for the poor, and they were very hapy. I also donated books and clothes for the children. Last week, I provided houses and food for the homless, and they looked very happy, too. So far, I , and my classmates, have planted trees and beautiful flowers in the school yard. It was so great. I have collected the rubbish on the beach and in the sea then I recycle them. It helps protectthe environment. And I, together with my family, often go to the hospital to help every one there. They are so freindly and they seem very happy when they see us. Volunteering is very good and special to me 'cause I can help others. I 'll do more in the future.

Volunteer is nowadays a kind of community activity that attracts a large number of attendants from different age group on the basis of its huge advantages. In the first place, voluntary work provides adolescents many precious opportunities to develop social skills, foster independence and form the ability to deal with difficulties in different situations. In conclusion, the number of people applying for voluntary work has been on the increase in recent years and in the future, this figure is expected to rise higher when more people can realize profound effects of volunteering on the lives of individuals.

+ Cùng nhau giải quyết vấn đề sẽ giúp chúng ta trở nên sáng suốt hơn, hiểu lí do tại sao bạn mình lại có những phản ứng như vậy và nguyên nhân gây ra bất hoà.

+ Từ đó khiến tình bạn trở nên khăng khít, thấu hiểu và vị tha hơn.

- Em không đồng ý với ý kiến "Xử lí bất hoà sẽ gây ra tranh cãi, giận hờn." vì:

+ Chỉ khi tháo gỡ được những khúc mắc giữa đôi bên, quan hệ bạn bè mới có thể trở lại như bình thường.

+ Trong quá trình giải quyết vấn đề có thể xảy ra một số tranh cãi nhưng điều đó là hoàn toàn bình thường và cần thiết để mọi người có thể nói ra những suy nghĩ của mình.
