Computers seem to play a vital part to over life; however using computers brings about many disadvantages. Firstly, it's harmful to people's health. Obviously, the blue light from computer screens do bad to our eyes. Thus, more and more people have visual problems after using computers. Morevers, many people claim that they feel dizzy after long hour working with computers. Another drawback of using this invention is that it can be a waste of time on games on computers. Regardless of the negative effects on health, this is truely a waste of time for the above reasons, using computers is disadvantages.

My favorite leisure activity is reading. I try to read as often as I can, usually a few times a week. I usually read alone, but occasionally I join book clubs or discuss books with friends. The act of reading itself is a calming and immersive experience that brings me joy and fulfillment.

I believe the best leisure activity for teenagers is any group activity. This could be playing a team sport or joining a hobby group or even volunteering. Firstly, teenagers like to feel that they belong to the group. Secondly, being part of a group helps teenagers make friends. Friendship is very important to teenagers. In addition, they will make friends with people who have the same interests as them. For these reasons, I think group activities are best for teenagers.

Reading is considered to be one of the best leisure activities that a person can have. Firstly, Reading books helps people in enhancing their language skills as well. A lot of people are under the impression that reading means only literary books but this is not the case. Secondly, we can get knowledge from books.
