In the modern times, youngsters tend to have totally different hobbies and activities in comparison with that of the older folks. They use too much time inside to have access to the Internet and enjoy playing games, leading to many bad consequences to their physical and mental development. That is the reason why some people opine that the youth should use their time properly with the active involvement in sports and other outdoor activities which are much more beneficial to their health.
In my opinion, prolonging the time of getting access to the Internet and playing the video games can make the spiritual and physical lives of the kids deteriorated, obstructing the normal betterment of their well-being. On the other hand, reality has it that joining physical activities is absolutely necessary for the betterment of the physical, social, intellectual and emotional well-beings of the younger generation for these reasons.
First, joining sports means that you have a good chance of interaction in the same team, helping them socialize with other kids in the same age and developing the soft skills like good team work, sportsmanship and cooperation with other people. This activity can enhance the mutual relationships between the players and other peers and keep their minds free from all negative thoughts about the real society in their immature souls. br> Secondly, taking part in outdoor activities like playing sports and joining social works can greatly improve youngsters' health with the physical activities to keep them fit and stay healthy. Thanks to these useful movements in right directions, they can help with the development of their mental and physical abilities which are very useful for their future betterment in learning and working processes afterwards.

Based on these arguments, we can conclude that clearly, the youngsters should get more involved in sports and other outdoor activities than spare time for surfing the Internet and playing video games which are very detrimental to their health and mental development.
