\(\left(3-x\right)^3=-\dfrac{27}{64}\)

\(\left(3-x\right)^3=\left(\dfrac{-3}{4}\right)^3\)

\(=>3-x=\dfrac{-3}{4}\)

\(x=3-\dfrac{-3}{4}=\dfrac{12}{4}+\dfrac{3}{4}\)
