When I play football at weekends, I forget all my stressful subjects to enjoy my life. It’s stress-free and very relaxing. Thirdly, it boosts my relationship with friends and family members. I spend more time outside with my friends and brothers. At that time, we often talk about our problems, and together we find the way to solve them. To sum up, I think playing football is great for my body and brain.
