What do you think ?Good or bad advice? Say why?
1. You should buy special running clothes.
2. You should get some good trainers.
3.You should go running every day.
4.You should go to bed early every night.
5.You should't watch TV or play on the computer.
6. You should eat well and drink lots of water.
7.You shouldn't have any chocolate or cake
8. As well as running, you should go swimming or cycling.
9.Yoy should do exercises to make your legs stronger.
1. You should buy special running clothes.
=>I don't think buying special running clothes is a good advice. In my opinion, this thing won't improve your running, it even makes you uncomfortable
2. You should get some good trainers.
=>I think this is a good advice because when you are a beginner, having good trainers is important
3.You should go running every day.
=>It's a so-so advice. Firstly, it's good because you can benefit a lots from this, however, you don't have to run every day unless you still wanna do this eventhough you're sick or tired
4.You should go to bed early every night.
=>This is a good advice. Studies have shown you could live longer if you do this. Furthermore, if you habitually sleep less than six and a half hours of per night are more susceptible to type 2 diabetes, heart disease, and hypertension
5.You should't watch TV or play on the computer.
=>Another so-so advice. Watching TV or playing on the computer have its own advantage and disadvantage. You can do this as a means of entertaining or getting information... but it do harm to your health, especially your eyes
6. You should eat well and drink lots of water.
=>Suger good advice. This make you live longer and happier with a good health
7.You shouldn't have any chocolate or cake
=>Neither good nor bad advice. You can still eat little of it because it's so delicious :))) you should sometimes please yourself with this delicious food
8. As well as running, you should go swimming or cycling.
=>Good advice, doing all this things make you an even better health
9.You should do exercises to make your legs stronger.
=>Good advice, you can only have a strong leg when you do exercises
