Among numerous popular leisure activities, I am completely absorbed in doing sports because of three reasons below. First of all, playing sports helps to keep our shape, so you can have a well-trained body that makes you feel more self-confident with an impressive appearance. Secondly, it is believed that taking part in a lot of sports can improve the quality of your life. When you join a game or practise with your teammates, you will learn how to interact with other people as well as promote your teamwork spirit and game strategies.
