Football is such a popular game that it is played even in the most remote corner of my country. People walk long distances to watch a football match. Even old people enjoy watching this game.

To play this most interesting, I go to the field near my house where my friends wait for me every late afternoon. My friends also love this game very much. We play until dark.

But it is a very hard game. It requires a lot of strength to kick the ball. They must also be skillful in controlling the ball. All this makes the game a difficult game indeed. Playing football however Giúp us healthy and active.

I shall always love this game.

I like swimming. It is my favorite sport, for I know that it is healthy as well as a good chance for a person to exercise his or her body.

Last Sunday morning, as the weather was fine, I went to Vung Tau with my family. It took us about two hours by car to arrive at our destination, and I felt very excited about it.

When our car reached the top of the cliff overlooking the Bay, I admired the golden sand of the long beach, the blue sky and water, and the splendid country surroundings which looked like an artist’s painting.

We put on our bathing-suits and ran into the water. It was a very happy swim for me. We played ball, challenged each other in swimming a certain distance. Of course, I was always beaten by my bigger brothers but I was satisfied with my good effort. When we felt tired, we lay down on the beach to rest and to have some sunbath. At about noon, we returned to our tent and had lunch.

About 3 p.m. we went once more into the water and swam till 5 p.m. Finally, we got ready to start for home. Everyone was delighted to have spent such a wonderful swim. I really enjoyed swimming very much that day

The sport,I like is fool ball.people call it the king sport because it is very popull.It is a team sport .There are usually 2 side with 22playwrs.11 players on each side. A food ball match usually has 2 haver and lats 90 minute.Each half lasts 45 minute.The foot ball match takes place tn a stadium. there is a ball anh a referee.The referee cortrols the match.The playere usually wear spost shoes anh team uniform.The players try to keep,pass and kick the ball in to the goal, they score a goal anh the team scoring more goals will be the winner.

Badminton is a very easy game, everyone can play it. In fact, you can play it anywhere with rackets and a shuttlecock. The shuttlecock is made from goose feathers pushed into a small piece of cork. Badminton rackets are very light. They normally weigh from 90 grams to about 110 grams. The smash of the shuttlecock can travel up to 260km per hour. There are six main shots: the serve, the clear, the drop, the smash, the forehand drive and the backhand drive. The court on which badminton is played is in the shape of a rectangle and is divided in half by a net. There are two or four players, each team is on each side of the net. Badminton takes its name from the home of the Duke of Beaufort, Badminton House in Gloucestershire, England where the first game of badminton was played. There are many benefits of playing badminton for our health. It reduces bad cholesterol and increase in good cholesterol and increases the levels of HDL good cholesterol while decreasing the levels of bad cholesterols. When you play badminton, basal heart rate drops a few beats per minute and blood pressure is reduced, which protects you from heart disease. It also can reduce weight for overweigh people and attain optimal weight for their height and age. That’s why it keeps you feeling well, strong, motivated, enthusiastic and young.

I am keen on playing basketball when I have free time, because it is a great way to get your mind off things and express yourself. Basketball is a team sport and each team has no more ten players. There are four 10-minute rounds in each match. I get many benefits when playing basketball. I can show every aspects of who I really am from an emotional, physical, and competitive standpoint. Moreover, basketball also teaches me that teamwork play an essential role. Good basketball teams always do some great teamwork. I am interested in playing basketball outside with my friends. I love a quite strange sport for everyone, and it is ping pong. Not many people in Vietnam who are interested in ping pong, and it is also hard to find a place to actually have enough equipment to play it. Ping pong, or is also known as table tennis, consists of two or four players hit a lightweight ball back and forth on a table. The table is divided into two halves by a net, and it marks the playing zone of each team. The basic rule for amateurs is pretty simple as players need to let the ball touch their side of the table one time before bouncing back. They then hit the ball back to their opponent’s side with a small paddle, and this time the ball also needs to touch the other side of the table as well. A point is counted when a player fails to return back the ball, let it touch the net, or make it land outside of the table. Since it is played on a table, so the area is not big enough for us to wait and think about the next move. Therefore, we need to play it with fast reactions and nonstop motions. We only have one second to activate on the next step right after hitting the ball, and it does not take much time to complete a set. In competition, and match usually consists of five or seven sets, and the first one to score 11 points wins a set. Many people do not take this sport serious, but I think it is a very good sport to train both of our physical and mental health as we need to be tough and have quick reactions at the same time.

My favorite hobby is playing football in spare time. After completing my home work at home, I generally spend my lot of free time in playing football. I was so interested to play football from my childhood however started learning to play well when I was 5 years old. I was in one class when I was 5 years old. My father asked to my class teacher in the PTM about my hobby of football. And my teacher told him that there is a facility of playing sports daily in the school from class 1 so you can admit your child. Now, I really enjoy playing football and paripate in the inter-school competitions.

1Badminton is a racquet sport. People play it by using racquets to hit a shuttlecock across a net. The most common forms of badminton are singles (with one player per side) or doubles (with two players per side). So there are two or four players. There are three games in a badminton match. A player wins a game when he/she scores 21 points first. A badminton match lasts for 45 to 75 minutes. To play badminton, people need racquets, a shuttlecock and a net.  Nhưng giờ tui mới viết thì bạn hc qua r :)

Surfing is an amazing and thrilling adventure that I really enjoy. First of all, it gives me a sense of freedom and excitement as I stand on the surfboard and glide on the surface of the waves. Secondly, it is a fantastic challenge for both the body and mind. To surf successfully, I need to have good balance, control the surfboard, and use techniques to deal with big waves. Lastly, surfing gives me a feeling of connection with nature and the ocean. Being immersed in the environment and riding the waves is an incredible experience that I cannot find anywhere else.

You don't have to spend much money on it. All you need is just a swimsuit that makes you feel comfortable and a goggle that keeps water from your eyes. Even though you have to buy an admission ticket, it is not so expensive. Anyone can afford to go to swim. Finally, swimming is one of the most popular sports in the world.

Besides its popularity, swimming is a good activity that provides individuals with several physical benefits. First of all, swimming is a movement through water using one's legs and arms that provides an all body workout. As all of your muscles are used during swimming, it is an excellent form of exercise. Moreover, swimming can also be very beneficial to your heart and lungs. After a few laps, swimming can Giúp you cool-down, move blood through your muscles to Giúp them recover. Swimming builds up muscle strength , so your body is kept in perfect shape.

When I was 12 years old, my mother sent me to learn to play volleyball. I like it very much. I play volleyball most of my free time. My favorite sport is badminton, and I think it is a suitable sport for girls like me. I have been playing badminton since I was 12, and it is very good for me to improve my height. It needs at least two players to play, and we have to use rackets to hit a shuttlecock over a net. However, we can always play it in double form with two players each side or in larger teams. Points are counted when we can strike the shuttlecock across the net, and it lands within the opponent’s side of the court. We can also score when our opponent hit the shuttlecock but it does not go over the net or within our side. The scoring one can serve the shuttlecock, and it does not matter if the score is from the server and the receiver. There is one referee who sits on a very high chair right outside of the court and next to the net. He or she is the one who determines whether the shuttlecock touches the net or goes outside of the limit. Each game is played up to 21 points, if both of the players reach to 20 points, then they need to continue until one of them gains a two - point lead, for example 24 - 22. There are three sets in a match, and whoever win out of two sets, he or she wins the whole game. This is a quite simple sport without too many rules, and it does not require an ideal base of strength. Most of my girlfriends choose it as their main subject in Physical Education class, and we can both have fun and improve our health by it.

There are many sports, each of course has its own advantages, but the one that I like the most is badminton. I got into this sport when I was 10 years old, when I watched a fur game on TV and liked it right away. I practice badminton every day, in the afternoon when I come home from school. I used to play with my mother, and sometimes I would play with my brothers. And when I was in gym class, I used to play badminton with my friends, it was really fun. I love this sport very much because it is an extremely rewarding sport. It makes me healthier, and it helps me increase my height. I will continue to play badminton in the future. If you want you can play badminton with your family and friends, it's great
