^{Vietnam is famous with its traditional and delicious dishes. All of them easily bring to anyone's mouth indeed, but as myself, I enjoy spring rolls best. Spring rolls are lightly fried rice-paper rolls, smaller and crispier than Chinese egg rolls but more flavorful. They are filled with highly seasons morsels of crab, shrimp, chopped pancake, roll up then fry. Finally, spring rolls, when fully prepared, are wrapped into some kinds of fresh vegetables, then doused in fish sauce. My mother usually cooks spring rolls for me, especially on important days in year, such as Tet holiday. When I eat them, I feel all of my mother's love that she reserves for me. To me, they're like the most special dish in this world.}

My favourite food is fried rice with vegetable and chicken curry with salad. This is, in fact, the most popular menu in our country. The rice is first boiled in water and then the boiled rice is fried with some chicken and vegetables and oil. The chicken curry is prepared separately using some spices and chicken and finally, the salad is prepared using different vegetables and fruits and then those are cut into pieces and mixed together with mustard. Then these three items are served together.

I eat this menu approximately 3-4 times in a week. This menu is prepared at home mostly and sometimes I eat it in a restaurant. There are some variations in the way this food is prepared and the ingredients using which this food is made. Different restaurants have their own speciality in preparing and serving this menu.

This is my favourite food for many reasons: firstly it is very delicious and healthy. This menu meets the demand for different food values our body needs. It is available in most of the part in our country. Thirdly, I it as it offers the variations of tastes. Moreover, it is not that much expensive to prepare and does not require o much effort to prepare. For all these reasons it is my favourite food

-Five years ago, I attended a very big festival in Ha Noi. It's called 1000th Anniversary of Thang Long - Ha Noi Festival. There are a lot of activities in this festival such as fireworks display, military parade, music performances, ect. It was organized very splendidly because the organizers are the Viet Nam government. Millions of people came to Ha Noi to participate in this great festival. It was held for ten days from October 1st 2015 to October 10th 2015. I saw lots of fireworks, parties, parades during these days. It was interesting. I took so many pictures on this festival because there were plenty of beautiful scenes. We organized this great festival to celebrate the 1000th anniversary of Thang Long - Ha Noi.

We will prepare: 1-2 green onions, 2 large eggs, 1 teaspoon of salt, a teaspoon of pepper, 4 tablespoons of oil, 4 cups of cold cooked rice, 1-2 tablespoons of light soy sauce. When it is hot, take it out and clean out the pan. Next, we add 2 tablespoons oil, add the rice, stir-fry for a few minutes, using chopsticks to break it apart, stir in the soy sauce. When the rice is heated through, we add the mixture back into the pan. Remember to serve hot.

I have a good friend, her name is Lan. We got to know each other when we studied in the same class in middle school. She is tall and and has a slightly slim body. Lan has long black hair, she takes very good care of her hair so they always straight and smooth. Her eyes are brown, and I think they are as big as the eyes of the lovely dolls. Her hobbies are having snacks, and dishes mixed rice paper, milk tea, fried fish ball etc. always appear in her snack list after school. In our free time, we often visit our familiar shops to enjoy delicious food and chat with each other. Lan is a good student at school, and she is especially interested in math. There is almost no exercise that can challenge her, but sometimes Lan cannot get the highest score since she has a sloppy personality. Despite being a good student, Lan is very modest. She is willing to take the time to help other friends understand the lecture better, and sometimes she helps to check the results of our homework. Besides learning and eating out, Lan also s to play sports. We often go to the pool at the weekends, and swimming is the reason that gives Lan an ideal height at her age. Lan is a little shy and does not to communicate with many people, but she has a great love for animals. Her parents have 2 cats and one dog, and I always hear Lan calls them sisters and brother. Cậu ấy sẵn sàng dành thời gian để giúp các bạn hiểu rõ hơn bài giảng, và đôi khi cậu ấy kiểm tra bài tập về nhà giúp tôi. Ngoài thời gian học và ăn ra, Lan còn thích chơi thể thao. Chúng tôi thường đến hồ bơi vào dịp cuối tuần, và bơi lội chính là nguyên nhân giúp Lan có được một chiều cao lý tưởng ở độ tuổi này. Lan là một cô bé hơi nhút nhát và không thích giao tiếp với nhiều người, nhưng cậu ấy lại có một tình yêu to lớn đối với động vật. Bố mẹ Lan nuôi 2 chú mèo và một chú chó, và lúc nào tôi cũng nghe lan gọi chúng là em của mình. Tôi là người bạn thân duy nhất của Lan, và đôi khi tôi cảm thấy vui khi cậu ấy nói cậu ấy cũng yêu quý tôi như những “đứa em” của cậu ấy.
