I am writing the letter to report the accident that happened last weekend with your car that I rented a few days ago.

My name is Jenny Y, driving license number 12345. I hired Toyota Innova 2014 CX150 last Saturday via Petro branch near Hilton hotel.

Last Sunday I had a countryside tour to visit Cloud Mountain in the southern city. I departed at 05:00 in the morning when the sky was still very dark because of foggy weather. When I was driving at the end of the highway leading to Lauren Bridge, a car in front of me suddenly turned left without any signal.
