Mình thấy cả hai đều được bạn nhé. Nhưng mà chia theo hoàn cảnh để đặt câu. "This is an apple for you" ngữ điệu lại giống câu trần thuật hơn, không giống lời mời lắm. Còn khi mời một ai đó ăn táo thì "Here is an apple for you" là ổn nhất, vì chính từ "here" đứng đầu câu là một lời mời, hoặc lời gọi rồi.
