There are some ways to have a good health in our life. First of all, we should have a reasonable diet. For example, we should eat more nutrition food instead of smoking or using alcoholic drinks. It is very important because what we eat highly affects our health. Besides, we can do exercise every morning such as: walking, jogging, riding bicycle and so on to keep fit. That helps us to have a well-proportioned body and always in good spirit. Finally, sleeping is also very important so we must sleep enough. If we sleep enough we will be high-spirited. We should not stay up late because it is harmful to our health. In short, we just need to try our best to take care of ourselves. Having a good health, we can do whatever we want and can get success in our life.

       Having a good health is very important for us. So, what should we do to have good health? Firstly, you should do more exercise :run, ride a bike, swim or play sports, they are all good for you. Secongly, you should eat healthy food like fruits, fish or vegetables. It can help you to avoid obesity, and it help can help you to live longer, too. Thirdly, you must always remember that you should take a rest after working, it is very important.It helps you to avoid depression and it helps you to concentrate at school, and you will be comfortable after getting plenty of rest. Don not watch too much TV because it is harmful for your eyes. Is you want to have a good health, you should follow these advices.

Eat more fruits, vegetables, whole grains, fish or other first grade protein sources like soy and dairy products. Don’t skip breakfast as it is the most important meal of the day which gives you energy for whole of your day. Have smaller meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hours. This will keep your metabolism in control. Have enough water and fluids (not cold drinks) throughout the day. Keep the levels of salt and sugar low in your daily diet. Don’t have fried foods. It’s OK to have rich food once in a while but don’t make it a regular thing. Avoid junk food as much as possible. So, make a habit of exercising regularly, even if it is brisk walking for 30 minutes. Of course, it will be good if you can exercise a little more and that’s a must when you are overweight. Choose your exercise as per your interest to remain motivated. If you don’t like gym, don’t go there. Do aerobics or yoga. If not, go cycling, jogging, swimming or dancing. When confronted with a problem, don’t think negative. Think about the best and the worst situation that the problem can get you in. Now, first focus on the worst situation- is it so bad that you need to lose your health by succumbing to the stress? If not, half of your problem is solved. Now focus on the best situation and the ways that can be employed to reach it. Make a list of solutions- mentally or on paper. Now, keep on reviewing and omitting the items (that now don’t look so good a solution) at every repetition. Ultimately, you will be left with one or two options to try for solving your problem. This will definitely help in relieving your stress. If you are not able to relax and your mind wanders around, you might take help of relaxation techniques like meditation. Learn new skills, develop your one time favorite hobbies that you had not been able to pursue due to busy work schedules. Read, write, sing, dance, socialize, party, travel- anything that will make you happy.

A person with good health and fitness becomes able to live his/her life to its fullest extent. It is very important for a person in life to be physically and mentally fit to live a healthy and happy life. Healthy and fit people become less prone to the medical conditions. Fitness does not mean to be physically fit only, it also means with healthy mental state of the person. One can get healthy mental state if he/she becomes physically fit. The simple way to remain healthy and fit is having stress free mind with regular exercise and balanced diet. People who maintain their ideal weight become less prone to the cardiac and other health problems. People who are physically active can easily maintain a relaxed state of mind. Healthy and fit people can easily face all the ups and downs of their life and less affected by any dras change.

I have many hobbies,such as ,playing foodball, game online and swimming. However, my favourite one is reading manga, akind of japanese picturebooks. Whenever I have spare time, I would like to lie on my bed and enjoy thirlling and imteresting adventures described through beautiful pictures. Moreover , reading these books makes me feel comfortable and relaxed after a hard-working day in my university. Sometimes , I share my hobby with my best friends or my parent .Finally, sometimes, they make me think about life's lessons of love, friendship and family by touching stories, which is the main reason why I like this kind of books.

Unit 5

I like to eat many different kinds of food, but my favorite one of all time is Pho. Pho is already a so famous food of Vietnam, and most people will immediately think of it when we mention about Vietnamese cuisine. It is understandable that many people fall in love with Pho, because it has featuring smell and taste that we cannot find anywhere else. To have a good pot of soup, we need to have many different kinds of spices such as anise, cinnamon, etc; and the most important thing are the bones. Those bones needed to be cooked for long hours to get the sweet and tasty stock, and then we combine other ingredients. The noodle is also special since it is not like other kinds of noodle. It is made from rice flour, and it is thicker than the others. After pouring the stock into a bowl of noodle, the next step is to put on the beef slices and other toppings. I like to eat rare beef slices and meat ball, and they are also the basic toppings that Vietnamese people like to choose. We finish the bowl with some basil, coriander, bean sprout and black pepper. Besides, we can also other side dishes to eat with Pho like egg and blood in boiling stock. All of them create a harmonious flavor that can attract even the strictest eaters. Although Pho has many versions from different parts of the country, it is always the national dish that almost all Vietnamese love to eat. I have been eating Pho for about 20 years, and I will continue to choose it as my favorite food forever.

1 Daily activities

I usually get up early in the morning. After brushing my teeth, having breakfast, I go to school. My school is not very far from my house, so I always go by bike. It's very interesting to travel by bike. it helps keep the environment clean. My classes always finish at 11:15. I and my friends have lunch at school. Our lunch time is about 2 hours. Our practising lessons begin at 2:10 pm. We review and practise what we have learnt in the morning, we do our exercises and do labour work in the school garden. It's always interesting time for work and passion. We also have short break for relax in the afternoon. Our schooling of the afternoon often ends at 3:00 o'clock. We come back home and have dinner with family at home. It's a great time to stay with the family after a hard working day. In the evening, we usually watch TV, or listen to music. Sometimes we go to the cinemar. It's usually at weekend. Time in the family is always pleasure but I also love my school and my friends very much.

2. Write : What you you do to have a good health

I need to eat healthily. Healthy foods such as vegetables, fruit, grains, etc., are an important part of keeping my body nutrition at its optimum. Processing fatty and sugary foods don't give the immune-boosting protection that healthier food does. Sugary foods can decrease immune function.

Exercise regularly. Exercise has enhancing immune-system that can help ward off illness. Overdo too much strenuous or excessive can leave me prone to illness, too. I make sure to get adequate sleep every night, get at least seven to eight hours sleep nightly

I need to reduce my stress too. Stress can harm the ability of my immune system to work optimally, and people who are stressed tend to catch colds more than less stressed people. Manage my stress is contributing to prevent the flu. Beside, Drinking water may also help wash cold and flu viruses from my throat to my stomach where they cannot survive. Although getting cold doesn't actually cause a cold or flu (the viruses do), but being cold can reduce my stamina and make me feel miserable and fatigued, so i need to stay warm.

In addition, i eat more fruits to get vitamin C that might help me prevent the common cold, and i will also drink more milk, this will be help me healthy and stronger to prevent the cold
