Health is very important to humans. If you do not exercise but eat a lot of greasy foods and sweets, being overweight will cause many complications so every morning, ride a bicycle for 5 minutes or 25 minutes. If you do that, it can help you feel stressed but also improve your health. So exercise hard.

Playing sports have many benefits .Firstly,it helps people to be healthy .In addition,playing sports  bring people joy and prevent cardiovascular disease .In my opinion,it also helps increase height.In short,playing sports is extremely rewarding activity.

Firstly, playing sports can give you a healthy life and a fit body. You will be more active and healthier by playing sports. To illustrate, you can have a lower chance of getting a serious illness such as a heart attack or high blood pressure.

In other words, it increases your resistance to illness. In leisure time, you can play sports with your friends or your relatives, this not only helps you but also motivates everyone around you to take part in sports and have good health.

Furthermore, there are some sports which you can play easily such as table tennis, tennis or football and after that, you feel completely relaxed or even free from your stress.

Moreover, you also need to allow and encourage children to play sports, especially some outside activities such as football, basketball or volleyball to decrease the time that your children spend sitting in front of computers or watching television.

These sports can help them have endurance, quickness and even teach them how to improve team spirit and work in groups. These sports also teach them how to communicate with their teammates, and show them how active and creative they are.

Đề bài : Cho tổng 1 + 2 + 3 + 4 + ... + 49 + 50. Liệu có thể liên tục thay 2 số bất kì = hiệu tới khi được kết quả = 0 hay không :

                                       Bài làm :

Ta đặt A = 1 + 2 + 3 + 4 + 5 + ... + 49 + 50 

Dãy số tự nhiên liên tiếp từ 1 - 50 có 50 số, trong đó số các số lẻ = số các số chẵn

=> 50 : 2 = 25 ( số lẻ ) => A là 1 số lẻ

gọi a, b là 2 số bất kì của A, khi thay tổng a + b = hiệu a - b thì A giảm đi :

     ( a + b ) - ( a - b ) = 2 x b

Hiêu của 1 số lẻ và 1 số chẵn luôn luôn là số lẻ nên sau mỗi lần thay, tổng mới vẫn là 1 số lẻ 

Vậy không bao giờ có kết quả = 0

Hai bể chứa lượng nước bằng nhau,Người ta tháo ra ở bể thứ nhất bằng 1 vòi trung bình 1 phút chảy được 10L nước và tháo ra ở bể thứ 2 bằng 1 vòi trung bình 1 phút chảy được 15L nước. Biết rằng sau khi tháo nước ra ở bể thứ 2 được 2 phút thì mới tháo nước ra ở bể thứ nhất và bể thứ 2 hết nước trước bể thứ nhất là 7 phút.Hỏi mỗi bể chứa bao nhiêu L nước?

Sport helps participants to develop important life skills. It teaches and reinforces discipline and hard work through training and setting and accomplishing goals.

Team sports teach the value of teamwork and trust. Playing sport also thrusts participants into leadership positions, enabling development in this important area.

Through sport, participants experience the highs and lows of excitement and disappointment. Playing sport can help with the ability to overcome disappointment and move on.

Among my favourite sports and hobbies, I like swimming the best for several reasons. Firstly, I think playing in the water could bring great joy. It also helps reduce stress and I always feel refreshed and relaxed after swimming for about half an hour. Secondly, swimming is an excellent way to keep myself fit and healthy. It helps build up my muscle strength and prevent many heart and lung diseases. Finally, besides being a great sport, swimming is also an important survival skill, because without knowing how to swim well, it could be dangerous if there is a flood, or simply if we want to play near bodies of water. Many of such accidents have occured to teenagers lately. In conclusion, swimming will always be my preferred hobby because it is not only healthy and fun but also a life-saving skill.

Sports and games are very beneficial to us as they teach us punctuality, patient, discipline, teamwork and dedication. Being involved in the sports activities helps us in getting protected with numerous diseases such as arthritis, obesity, heart problems, diabetes, etc.
