Gamers become lazy and neglect necessary activities such as exercise, eating healthy and proper foods, damaged eyesight, headaches and the inability to sleep.
I don't like playing vedio game very much. Some time, in my free time, I playing video game with my younger bother. It make me feel relax after I have stress. But playing video game don't good for your eyes and you will nearsighted. Because you should play it a little.
