Mình thấy động từ advise là V-ing đáng lẽ là phải chọn D chứ. Giải thích giúp mình nhé!
Bạn ơi, advise có hai dạng : advise to V và advise V_ing nha!
- advise to V : khuyên/cho phép ai làm điều gì đó.
- advise V_ing : khuyên/cho phép làm điều gì đó.
Vì vậy, ở trường hợp này thì đáp án B là đúng rồi nhé :P
sau advise dùng to-V mà đây là phủ định thêm not ở đầu câu nên là not to be
