1. Yes , diet is very important to everyone's life . Scientific diet can help us to be healthier .
2. A balanced diet is a diet that includes different foods in certain quantities and proportions such that the need for calories , protein , vitamins , minerals and alternative nutrients is Sufficient and small amounts are stored for short-term replenishment of nutrients .
3. They often eat water dishes such as vermicelli , pho , noodles , noodle soup , ... and broken rice (  hahah, that sounds weird ) . At noon they eat takeaway or at a restaurant and in the evening they go to a restaurant or cook at home .
4. Yes , in my country I am not sure , but in my locality it is very much . They eat at restaurants most of the week and even months .
5. Because they are lazy to cook and they don't know how to cook . For them , the food outside the restaurant is delicious and convenient .

1. I think diet is important for vegetarians or somebody who wants to lose their weight.
2. A balanced diet is the menu of vegetables, fruits, healthy dish and there is no fish, meat or something related to animals that provides our bodies with all the vitamins and nutrients.
3. In my country, they often eat a lot of vegetables and fruits in three big meals in a day. Some people is very healthy because they do the diet everyday, but some other people are the complete opposite of them, like me, for example, if I can't eat meat or fish for a day...... Oh, it is so scary! :)
4. Yes, they do. For example, in Hanoi, we prefer eating at home to going out, but in Ho Chi Minh city, they always go out to have breakfast, lunch, dinner and sometimes I read on my aunt's Facebook, they post a photo with the title:" How to fry the eggs?" or " My dark meal :((("
5. I think it's more convinient for everybody and if you want to "change the wind", let's go out now! Of course it is more expensive but it's worth, right?

3. The Vietnamese Diet. The traditional Vietnamese diet is healthy. Meals emphasize rice, vegetables and fish, and cooking methods often involve steaming or stir-frying. Rice is the staple of the diet, consumed in some form in almost every meal.

- Eating out is fun. You go out, see people, and eat food that you usually do not cook at home.

- Eating out is a symbol of status. It means that the person eating out can afford it.

- Sometimes, people want to save time, and instead of going to the grocery or supermarket, buy food, cook it, and then wash the dishes, they prefer to go to a restaurant. People, who work away of home, prefer to eat at a restaurant near their work place. Of course, tourists eat in restaurants, diners, coffee houses, market stalls, and anywhere where they sell food.

- In certain places, at weekends or holidays, you can see crowds waiting outside restaurants, waiting for a table. At some of the restaurants, especially at weekends or holidays, you cannot find a table, unless you have reserved one in advance.

- The above are a few other reasons why people eat out, but I would like to focus of one reason of the reason – fun and pleasure.

I think diet is important for us because focusing on that would make us healthy. In my opinion, balanced diet is that you eat each type of food just enough, no more or less. For instance, you have to eat meat less than fruits and vegetables. Most of Vietnamese people have rice for there diet, and lots of people prefer to have canned food. Many people enjoy eating out when they busy and don not have time to make their own food and the food might be better. I think the most different between restaurant food and cooked food is that the food in restaurants is usually better than cooked food.

Normally, when I have free time, I usually play sports, watch tv, surf webs and read books. After learnt stressful hours , activities such as help me entertain and relax. And playing sport is the free time activity I like best. Firstly, I like to play sport because it is really a healthy activity . You knows, sports provides many benefits for our health. It can improve health and help us to be strong. Addition, sport help us increase in statue and have a excellent body. Secondly, I like sports. I fell as dynamic as possible. Moreover, It make me full of energy. Lastly, well, It is what I enjoy most when playing sports. That is sports can help us take up the community. We will knows a lot of peoples because of having the same interests in play sport. True me, I was acquainting a lot of friend when I play sports. In short, I like to play sport because it provides many benefits for me. And you? What are activities you like best in your free time?
