I think we need to stay healthy to prevent the flu, keep as healthy as i can by taking good care of myself. Sleep and nutritional considerations are help to prevent the onset of a cold or flu, a healthy lifestyle helps my immune system to be in its best possible shape, giving me the best chance of being able to fight off the onset of a cold or flu.
I need to eat healthily. Healthy foods such as vegetables, fruit, grains, etc., are an important part of keeping my body nutrition at its optimum. Processing fatty and sugary foods don't give the immune-boosting protection that healthier food does. Sugary foods can decrease immune function.
Exercise regularly. Exercise has enhancing immune-system that can help ward off illness. Overdo too much strenuous or excessive can leave me prone to illness, too. I make sure to get adequate sleep every night, get at least seven to eight hours sleep nightly
I need to reduce my stress too. Stress can harm the ability of my immune system to work optimally, and people who are stressed tend to catch colds more than less stressed people. Manage my stress is contributing to prevent the flu. Beside, Drinking water may also help wash cold and flu viruses from my throat to my stomach where they cannot survive. Although getting cold doesn't actually cause a cold or flu (the viruses do), but being cold can reduce my stamina and make me feel miserable and fatigued, so i need to stay warm.
In addition, i eat more fruits to get vitamin C that might help me prevent the common cold, and i will also drink more milk, this will be help me healthy and stronger to prevent the cold

1. In our society today, there are many health issues. People are choosing fast food more, since there are so many fast food restaurants. People aren't even thinking about what food they put in their mouthes. Everybody needs to realize that the more fat and cholesterol they put into their bodies, the slower their heart will beat, and that will lead to shorter lives. Some people realize they are unhelathy and set their minds to eat healhier, but the fats and cholesterol in the food is sucking them back in.
One solution, would be to offer a bigger variety of fruits, vegetables, grains, and meats that aren't very red. This would help because if there was a bigger variety of all those healthy foods, and less junk food, then families would start eating right because there wouldn't be enough junk.
Another idea would be to put a chart of the food pramid and also have health articles in the newspaper about how bad junk food is affecting people and all the healthier foods we could be eating. Alot of people read the newspaper and that would help out alot. Also, health charts could be in stores on some of the walls to know what to buy to become healthier.
Another idea, would be to replace some of the fast food restaurants with restaurants that serve salads and healthy subs, like Subway. I do have to admit that people don't always have time to go home and get something healthy to eat, so they go to McDonald's, Burger King, or Wendy's. And, have you ever noticed that if you take out the "s" in fast, it becomes fat food. Having junk food is bad for you but having, maybe, once every two weeks, then that would be ok because you wouldn't be having alot of it.
I'm sure that not many people see health issues in food like I do. But, it is a big issue. We don't have to ban "fat foods", but we can atleast limit them, making for a healthier diet. That way, everyone will have a long and happy, healthy life.

Well, now, I will describe the health problem that I had. Last week, my school had a camping day. All of the students and teachers in my school can join this outdoor activity. It was a very happy day for me to play with my friends. But after that day, I had a sore throat and flu because I talked too much and I was under the sun without a hat. I would say that it was so terrible. I feel tired and weak. I can’t do anything during that time. However, my mother gives me some tips to feel better. I didn’t drink cold water, I washed my mouth by saltwater. Especially, I have to take a lot of medicines. It’s very…horrible. Nevertheless, thanks to the medicines, I feel better now. I feel very healthy and I can do a lot of things again.

2.Pho is one of the Vietnamese traditional food. The most delicious and typical brand of Pho in Vietnam is Ha Noi Pho with wonderful flavor. Pho is made from rice noodles, beef or chicken and other spices. Pho is a noodle soup; therefore, it’s better when being added with beansprout. Eating Pho with family not only reflects Vietnamese tradition but also creates cozy atmosphere. At weekends, my friends and I usually go to a cafeteria to enjoy Pho because Pho is served at many restaurants in Vietnam. There are two main kind of Pho: noodle soup with beef and sliced chicken, both of them are delicious and high nutrients. Pho is favorite food of almost Vietnamese and often served as breakfast. Moreover, Pho is popular in international market for its pleasant taste and reasonable price. Foreign tourists visit Vietnam and they really like the taste of Pho here. I am very proud of it. In near future, I hope Pho will be more famous in other countries so that foreigners can enjoy this cuisine and understand about Vietnamese culture.

My favourite foods are natural fruit juce and green vagetables. natural fruit juce which are oranges, apple, lemon, cane,... Juce are very good for health. because, they cotain many important vitamins for health. I usually drink them after lunch, dinner and tired. green vegetable such as carrot,... We need eat green vegetables everyday because thay cotain many vitamins . I really like eat them .

Exercise can help prevent excess weight gain or help maintain weight loss. When you engage in physical activity, you burn calories. The more intense the activity, the more calories you burn.

Regular trips to the gym are great, but don't worry if you can't find a large chunk of time to exercise every day. To reap the benefits of exercise, just get more active throughout your day — take the stairs instead of the elevator or do household chores.

A 2008 study by researchers at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston showed that regular exercise lowered the risk of dying prematurely by 30%.

Every company should invest in our environment. We live in a time when the environment is in danger, so it is important to protect it. We need a healthy environment in order to survive, so we must protect it. We need to protect the environment now to help prevent health problems, to maintain the ecosystem, and to preserve the Earth for our children.

Pollution from factories and cars can cause damage to the environment. It makes the air dirty. Breathing this dirty air causes health problems, particularly for children and the elderly. Pollution not only increases spending on health care, but also decreases working ability. We need to control the amounts of pollution we produce in order to prevent health problems.

We also need to pay attention to the ecosystem. Plant life, animal life, and people all depend on each other. An unhealthy environment disturbs this ecosystem. For example, changes in the environments might cause a certain kind of plant to die. If that plant is food for a certain kind of animal, the animal will die too. If people use that animal as food source, there could be big problem. To avoid the big problems, factories should pollute as little as possible and use natural resources rationally.

If we do not protect our environment it will continue to get worse and our children will suffer the consequences. The air and water will be dirtier, natural resources will become scarcer, and more plants and animals will die. Our children won’t have as much natural beauty to admire. Even worse, their well-being will be threatened.

Without clean air to breathe, a healthy ecosystem, and a future for our children, the human race will not survive. That is why protecting our environment is important. If we have a healthy environment not only the company is going to make a profit but also workers, customers and community.

A person with good health and fitness becomes able to live his/her life to its fullest extent. It is very important for a person in life to be physically and mentally fit to live a healthy and happy life. Healthy and fit people become less prone to the medical conditions. Fitness does not mean to be physically fit only, it also means with healthy mental state of the person. One can get healthy mental state if he/she becomes physically fit. The simple way to remain healthy and fit is having stress free mind with regular exercise and balanced diet. People who maintain their ideal weight become less prone to the cardiac and other health problems. People who are physically active can easily maintain a relaxed state of mind. Healthy and fit people can easily face all the ups and downs of their life and less affected by any drastic change.

Maybe we are not born in the world but do not want to be healthy. To be healthy, we can enjoy life in the fullest way. Being healthy is the basis of a happy life, which is an important foundation for each person to carry out his ideas, dreams and aspirations. Because if sickness, sickness, we often will not have enough health, mind to worry, think of other things. That is not to mention that the disease also causes people to spend money, wealth, affect the family members, the society lost a healthy person. My favourite TV programme is 'Upin and Ipin'. It's about two little boys named Upin and Ipin. They live with their grandmother and sister. Their stories are about their life, friendship, family and school... They are two normal boys with a normal life always smile with everyone. Although they aren't rich, they have a great heart to share and help others. They are great brothers. It's an interesting programme I have ever seen before.
