I’ve always been proud to be born into my family. One of the things I am most proud of is the carpentry tradition. My family has been a carpenter for three generations. Also, since childhood, I have seen many beautiful wooden products. To be able to create those products, it must go through many different steps. There are four people in my family – my parents, my little sister and I. I love them all, but my favorite one is my mother. Her name is Mai, and she is 42 years old at the moment. She works as a manager at a furniture store, therefore she is quite busy. She leaves home at 7 and a half in the morning after making breakfast for the whole family, and she usually comes home late in the evening. She is a beautiful woman with an ideal height, long curly hair and a pair of big round eyes. However, because she spends too much time and effort on her work, she starts to have some signs of old aging such as small wrinkles and freckles on her skin. Since she has to work with many employees, she usually has a serious look on her face, and her voice is a little bit loud. However, she is actually a very nice and outgoing person. She always tries to help the staffs with their work, and she is very devoted to her job. At home, she talks to us in a more gentle voice, and there are very few times when she scolds us. She rarely has time to relax and take care of herself, but some of her favorite things to do when she has any spare time are reading novels, watching roman movies, and chatting with us. I know she works under a lot of pressures, so I always talks to her about funny and interesting things at my school, and she seems to enjoy my stories very much. My mother is such a great woman when she can be both a good supervisor and a good mother. I love her a lot, and she is my goal to strive for my future.

People say: Family where life begins and love never ends. There is only love from the bottom of the heart that could realize the meaning of that saying. My family is made up of 3 people: my mother, my younger brother and I. My parents have been divorced for 10 years. Since the pain that my mother had to suffer is too big so she doesn’t get married again and she has tried her best to take care of us. My mother’s main job is a pilot at Vietnam Airlines. Her flights could last for a few days or even a week. Sometimes we only meet her at the weekend. Reading books tells me about the world’s history, let me see the structure of the human body, or bring me a story of Sherlock Holmes. I think reading is one of the most interesting indoors activities.

In conclusion, people increasingly spend their leisure time using Internet because it is a helpful tool where people can learn new things and keep informed of information around the world. Internet turns the world into the speed generation. As the Internet saves us much time, we can have enough time to do other things. The internet is a marvelous creation in this generation.

My hobby is doing shopping, and I think it is a little bit costly. I do not have enough time and money to serve my love for shopping, so I can only spend my weekend wandering at the malls. I looking around the stores and their variety kinds of goods. There are so many colorful things that catch my eyes, such as clothes, shoes, accessories, toys, and other stuffs. Usually I do not by a lot of things; I just remember their brand names and then wait for them to be put on the sale-off section. I have a huge amount of flyers about promoting program at many different malls and stores. It is my other little hobby to collect them, and maybe someday I can have an exhibition about my flyer collection. I have a friend that shares the same love with shopping, and we usually spend our weekend together lingering to look at the stores. My family and friends also ask me to by stuffs for them, because they know I can choose the good ones with reasonable price. I enjoy shopping a lot, and sometimes I am glad that I can help other people with my little hobby.

My hobby is playing football in spare time. After finishing my homework, I generally spend my lot of free time in playing football. I was so interested in playing football from my childhood and started learning to play well when I was 5 years old. I was in one class when I was 6 years old. My father told my class teacher about my hobby of football. My teacher told him that there is a facility of playing sports daily in the school so he could admit his child. Now, I really enjoy playing football and I paripate in the inter-school competitions.

My best friend is someone special whom I can share my all feelings. He is John. He lives with me as my neighbour in the same colony. We met each other in the nursery class on the very first day. We sit together in the classroom and share everything very happily without any problem. We know each other very well as well as understand each other’s need. He is leadership in nature, tall, fair in complexion, good looking and smart. He is very good in studies and behaves well with everyone. He does his class work and homework very attentively. He is favourite student of class teacher as he is very punctual and follows all the etiquettes.

He respects my feelings and helps me always. Many things of us hobbies, s, diss, etc are similar. We love to listen music, watching cartoons and playing carom at home. We take care of each other in the school and playground. We share school copies and help each other whenever one of us remain absent in the school. We go at tour and picnic with our parents together in every winter and summer vacation.

My secondary school is a place that bears all the hallmarks of my childhood memories. It is placed in the center of my district. Surrounded by a paddy-field, it enjoys lined- trees and colorful garden, which creates a wonderful view. Moreover, this school was designed with a large- scale plan. It is a 2 storied building of u shape with capacity of 1000 people and it was invested heavily in infrastructures with well- equipped classrooms. In a good environment, students are given many precious chances to discover and develop their inner talents. Besides modern facilities, this school is also well- known for enthusias and qualified teachers who are always dedicated and devoted themselves to teaching career. In conclusion, studied in this school for four years, it has become an indispensable part in my life.

My Dad’s name is Trung. He is tall and very strong. His job is doctor. For me, my mom is the most beautiful woman, and my dad is the most wonderful man. And my grandma’s name is Tam. She is 95 years old, and next 5 years, we will organize the 100th longevity wishing ceremony, and I look forward to taking part in this ceremony.
