This delicious dish is very easy to make. First you need to soak sticky rice with water in more than 5 hours. Then you rinse rice and drain it. Next you mix rice well with tumeric extract and wait for 10 minutes. After that you add coconut and salt and mix well. Finally, you steam them in 30 minutes and check cooked. Remember to serve it hot.

Vietnam is famous with its traditional and delicious dishes. All of them easioly bring to anyone's mouth indeed, but as myself, I enjoy spring rolls best.

Spring rolls are lightly fried rice - paper rolls, smaller and crispier than Chinese egg rolls but more flavorful. They are filled with highly seasond morsels of crab, shrimp, chopped vegetables, onion, mushroom, vermicelli and eggs. To prepare them, place the above mentioned filling on a thin rice pancake, roll up then fry.

Finally, spring rolls, when fully prepared, are wrapped into somes kinds of fresh vegetables, then doused in fish sauce. My mother ussually cooks spring rolls for me, espeicially on important days in year, such as Tet holiday. When I eat them, i feel all of my mother's love that she reserves for me.

To me, they're the most speicial dish in this world.

I have a breakfast in the morning, a lunch is in the noon and a dinner is in the evening. In the morning, I often eat bread or rice and drinking fruit drink, sometimes i eat porridge. In the noon, I often eat rice with foods and in the evening, I eat rice with foods, too.

I want to cut down my fat belly, so I eat one rice bowl per meal. I also eat snacks in the afternoon in everyday, I sometimes eat with my friends and we are very happy, I prefer to eat at home than eat out, because I eating pizza, spagetti, xap xap, bot chien.

I always drinkg milk at before go to bed in the evening. I also eat fruit, because they are delicious and nutritious. I can cook, but i am not good at this

My favourite singer is Lata Mangeshkar. She is recognized as one of the greatest singers of modern times. To her credit are more than seventy thousand songs in various Indian languages recorded and filmed so far. She possesses a God gifted voice, rare in the world.

Lata was born in a family where music was adored and praced with devotion. The entire Mangeshkar family including her father, brother and sisters were all dedicated to music. Lata came to be known as a well-known playback singer at the age of eleven.

It is really something great in human life that at such a tender age, one is picked up with care to sing for famous Indian films. Her popular song, ayega anewala, sung in her teenage days, still rings in our ears and creates a wonderful situation in the minds of the music lovers.

Lata’s devotional songs and the songs based on Indian classical music are superb. She got the opportunity of singing under the training of almost all the great music directors of Indian film industry.

We have in our house a number of selected records and cassettes of the great singers, which give us tremendous entertainment in our days of joy and sorrow. Hence, Lata Mangeshkar is my favourite singer.

Last week, my roommate introduced me a successful film which has adventurous features, meaningful context and good acting entitled “Virtual city.” The movies told a story about a gamer being accused of rape and murder while he is innocent. After making every effort to escape from a solitary confinement, he is helped by his team player to revenge and find out the truth. Eventually, it turns out that a group of gangland with enormous power and money exploits the poor’s disadvantages to reduce many crimes of the city mayor. The film carries a deep message that the life value in human society has been decreased in 21^st century. Specifically, the film’s shot on location in Korea. On one hand, the miserable always lead a good life; on the other hand, the rich enjoy their life by making corrupt use of other people. Throughout the movie, we learn that what goes around comes around. As long as I am concerned, all the characters were carefully casted then played the scenes repeatedly to give out the best quality. The main characters are Kwon Yoo, Yeo Wool and they are played by Ji Chang Wook and Shim Eun Kyung. Both of their acting were excellent, which expressed strong emotions to audience. Additionally, the special effects are fantastic when describing the scene of Kwon Yoo’s prison-break. However, some scenes are not touching due to few unexpected features. Although “virtual city” has just been released, its box office in VN was more than 200 billions VNĐ. Film critics considered it a masterpiece of the worldwide cinema, especially Korea drama

If people come to Hue, they will unforgettable the flavor of Bun bo Hue – a specialty of Hue. A bowl of noodles with white noodles, pieces of pig’s trotters… will make unique impression about Hue cuisine. The major ingredient to cook “bun bo Hue” is beef and pork. Beef is chosen carefully, pork would be taken from elbow down to the pig’s feet. Then take them washed, shaved pork, boiled them about half an hour. Besides her singing career, she is also a businesswoman who has her own enterprises and brand names. She had tried so hard in her youth to achieve the things that I always dream of; therefore, she is a great symbol that I always look up. Taylor Swift is forever my beloved idol, and her effort is the goal for me to never quit trying.

My favorite movie of all time is Titanic. It is the best love story I have ever watched. I watched this movie many times but I never got tired watching it. Whenever I watch it, I always cry.

The reasons I like it so much are the grand scenery and the romantic content. The film is about the love story of Rose Dewitt Bukater and Jack Dawson. Jack was a free-spirited poor young man but he got a ticket for a luxurious ship, Titanic. Rose was from the American upper class and was engaged to a man. She was reluctant to marry him. She met Jack in Titanic and they fell deeply in love even there was a huge gap between them.

Titanic was headed to America from England. However, the ship crashed into an iceberg on the way. The side of it broke up and the ship was flooded. Not everyone could escape safely. Many people dead include Jack. Rose was survived because Jack helped her to climb on a boat. Jack sacrificed himself for Rose. Although It was only a classical sad love story, it encompassed a large range of emotions, laughter, rage, terror and the feeling of deep love. I was touched and especially appreciate the love between them. They both tried to save each other. It showed the power of love could do everything.

I think the movie had the exellent content which was based on a real story. The two main actor and actress Leonardo and Kate had an outstanding performance. Beside, the scenery and the stage properties really made me amazed. From the big ship to the small cushions at Rose’s room, they were all delicate. Last but not least, the great theme song “My heart will go on” by Celine Dion marked the end of the story. Even Jack leave Rose forever, her heart will keep going on.

This is the best movie I have ever watched. No wonder why Titanic already won 11 Academy Awards. I recommend that everyone should watch this movie at least once.

Among all films I have ever seen, I like the movie called Kingsman – The Secret Service. It is a great and wonderful movie. In this film, You can see the wild spy action adventure director Matthew Vaughn has made up, based on the same name comic of Mark Millar. And it sounds like Vaughn already has some big ideas for the sequel. Based upon the Mark Millar’s comic book, Kingsman: The Secret Service will tell the story of a special super-secret spy organization that recruits an unrefined but promising street boy into the ultra-competitive training program of the agency just like a global threat emerges from the special twisted tech genius. If you do not want to loose the best time with the interesting action, you have to turn on your TV and watch Kingsman: The Secret Serivce now.

My favorite movie is "A Walk To Remember". This is my favorite movie because it deals with real life issues, like some of the most important things in life such as: love, relationships, and most important, who your real friends are. "A Walk To Remember is about a girl named Jamie (Mandy Moore) who is the daughter of a minister who becomes ill. During high school Jamie doesn't have very many friends but is in alot of activities and through that she meets a reckless boy named Landon. Landon got into some trouble which made the principal force him into being in a play for the drama club. Landon Played a lead role as did Jamie, even though they didn't hang out in the same crowd of friends when Landon needed Giúp with his lines in the play he turned to Jamie to Giúp him out. One of the first things she told Landon was for him to promise that he wouldn't fall in love with her. But that is a promise that he did not keep. Jamie finally told Landon that she had cancer and the treatment stoped working so she didn't have very much time to live. Jamie had this list of accomplisments that she wanted to make before she passed. The number one thing was to get married at the same church that her mother and father was married in. Landon made ALL of her dreams come true. But unfortunitally her cancer became worse and she died. I would recommend this movie to anyone who likes heart touching stories, I liked it and would watch it a million times a day if I could.

Olympia is one of my favorite TV show. This is a television knowledge contest for high school students. It is always shown on VTV 3 at 13 o'clock every Sunday. Candidates are the best students in the country. MC is quite charming and beautiful lady. The program also has a team of consultants who are experienced teachers. In the program, there are 4 competitions, which in turn is the start, the obstacle, accelerate and the goal. Every competition is very interesting and exciting, it requires students not only knowledge from books but also social knowledge. Contestants do not only have knowledge but also must have both brave and self-confidence. The students, parents go cheer for the contestants are very enthusias. In the contestants, competitor that I most is Lam Vu Tuan, he is very talented and funny. My biggest dream is to study well and paripate in the program compete for knowledge.

Trong các thí sinh dự thi, em thích nhất anh Lâm Vũ Tuấn, anh rất giỏi và vui tính. Ước mơ lớn nhất của em là học tập thật giỏi và tham gia chương trình, tranh tài kiến thức.
