– We invited a few of his close friends and some relatives.
– After my brother left for college that morning, I decorated our home with buntings and balloons.
– My mother baked and iced the cake.
– Actually she has a gifted hand at cooking and baking.
– I ordered some fritters, spring rolls, sandwiches and pastries for the guests.
– I even organised some games such as musical chairs, treasure hunt and passing the parcel.
– When my brother came home that day, we all were waiting for him.
–  We welcomed him by playing the birthday tune.
– Everyone clapped and wished him happy birthday.
– He was really surprised and very happy. I could tell it from his face.
– The he cut the cake and we all enjoyed the cake and snacks
– Then we played the games.
– Everyone enjoyed a lot.
– I gifted a cell phone to my brother.
– He always wanted it but my parents wouldn’t let him buy one.
– I always felt his desperation for the phone, so I had planned to gift him one on his birthday.
– He received many other gifts also but my gift was the most special for him.
– We all danced a lot that day.
– I felt great happiness that day.
– I realised that true happiness lies in giving happiness to others.
– My brother is very dear to me
– May God give him a long and happy life!

 

We congregated and bought a present for him. It was such astonishment of us when we saw his huge birthday cake. 22 candles of different colors were lit around the cake and the whole house was redecorated for the occasion. We sang the birthday song when Hung cut the cake. We congratulated him and wished him an excellent academic term ahead and a prosperous life afterwards. Then we tasted the cake and had a good feast, the foods were quite tasty. 

To me, this birthday party brought its own meaning. It was a valuable chance for us to gather together, talk to each other our daily life and share about our childhood memories. This party left a lasting impression on me and honestly, it is still fresh in my mind until now.

Singapore, a small island, lies at the southern and of West Malaysia. A long and narrow piece of land joins Singapore with Johore Hahru, the southern-most town of West Malaysia. Singapore is now an independent.

The city of Singapore is extremely beautiful. It iswell known for its centres of business and other activities. There are many places of interest such as the Tiger Balm Garden, the Botanical Gardens and Raffles Museum. There are also many important centres of learning such as the University of Singapore, Science Centre, the Nanyang University and the Polytechnic. Being a famous city, hundreds of people come every day from various parts of the world to do business or to enjoy the sights of the city.

English is my favourite subject. English is not difficult to learn, you just need to work hard to gain good results. I have been studying it for 8 years. It’s the fact that English is the most common language spoken in the world, and studying it brings me lots of opportunities. First of all, being good at English, I can talk with foreign people and tourists, which expand my knowledge about each culture in the world. Besides, English documents provides a more accurate and original source of information. Furthermore, I can watch films, read news in English without subtitle. The people who know English will have a higher salary than the others with a same job. I want to go abroad to study as well so English is necessary. I usually learn, watch English films, listen English music to study it.  In conclusion, English is an interesting subject and quite important for my future.

n our modern time, the computer appears in every part of our daily life. [2] It plays an essential role at work, in education as well as in entertainment. [3] First of all, at work, the computer helps us, in just a few hours or even seconds, type documents and do calculations, which may take a normal brain a life time to finish. Besides, with computers people can do businesses like stock transactions or design building, operate high-tech plants and run machines effectively. [4] Then, in education, with a computer connected to the Internet we can search almost any kind information we need for our study or learn languages more effectively. [5] [Also, teachers or lecturers can make their lessons or lectures more lively and interesting with programs such as Powerpoint or other types of slide-show]. [6] Lastly, for entertainment, after working hard we can get relaxed by playing some computer games or listening to our favorite type of music with the computer. When we want to see a movie, staying at home, we can search for it on the Internet just in term of minutes, without having to go to the theater or somewhere to buy videos tapes or CDs. [7] It goes without saying that the computer plays a key role in every part of our daily life, from businesses to education or entertainment. [8] With it, everything in life would slow down and life would no doubt be much more dull.

In recent years, our environment is becoming worse and worse. Why that? There are many reasons that cause the environmental pollution such as: the smoke, the chemicals, the oil and so on. But the main reason of the pollution is the garbage. People often throw trash and rubbish everywhere. To solve this problem, I can give some following solutions.

Firstly, throw trash into a trash bin to keep the environment clean.

Secondly, reuse and recycle bottles and cans to reduce garbage and save natural resources.

Finally, put the trash bin around your neighborhood to keep it clean.

Dalat is being the flower city. There have many flowers and the weather is cool. Dalat is famous for many beauty spot and fog. When you visit to Dalat you will feel comfortable.

You should get up early at 5.00am that can go for a walk along Xuan Huong lake, and enjoy fresh air

You can go to the market buy some special food such as strawberry, confectionery, atiso, tea, coffee, souvenir or go shopping.

If you are interested in sightseeing you can visit to valley of love, Mong Mo hill, Tuyen Lam lake, Than tho lake, Datanla fallwater... etc

At night, you can go drink coffee in center of city. On night saturday and sunday, you can come Hoa Binh street where you can enjoy the foods in night market bean milks, egg ricepaper, arca and baked snail or buy something about dalat.

When I stuđied at the secondary school, I often visited Hue city every summer, it is my birthland and I am very proud of Hue city. Hue is not a large city but it is peaceful and quiet. There are many historical vestiges in this city. Every year, there are thousands of tourists visiting Hue and they are very pleasure, attractive by Hue’s beauties and people. Hue people are very friendly, open-hearted and have sweet voice.If you have a chance to travel, choose Hue city to visit. In the early morning, viewing the sun rising outside the sea is very interesting. It makes us feel a good new morning, we can enjoy the glow of dawn, breathe the fresh air of the sea together. After viewing the dawn, you have rice spaghetti for breakfast, one of Hue’s specialities. Visiting Hue, you can eat many kind of delicious cakes. I am sure that you will be attractive be these cakes’strange taste as eating at the first times and you will remember this taste forever.It will be unfortunate if you do not go around to gaze at the Royal Citadel where the kings lived and many historical events happened. This is an occasion for you to become Royalty in beautiful Royal dresses in several minutes to keep memory. The Royal Citadel’s interior is vast, you will be surprised by not only its large area but also its architecture. Here you will have more knowledge about Hue’s history, the Kings and Royalties’s lives in Hue. To summarize, when you visit Hue city, you will be impressed by Hue’s peole, food and beautiful views, and you will not forget as reviewing Hue pictures.
