Every day, every day, the people in the Central region are suffering from the consequences of storms and floods. The flood of the year two thousand was one of the most destructive floods in the past decade. The sky was dark, the rain never stopped, surrounded by white water. It was a spectacle of places where the floods took place. Everything here covers something monotonous that hides danger with the white screen of water is the green of the treetops, the old trees daring to the flood water and the tiled roofs. protrusion - the only place for people to hang on. Everyone, from the elderly to the children, lives in a state of anxiety, confusion, fear, and graying of the skin due to the cold. There are babies born only a few months, their bodies no longer have any energy. They live in a situation where there is no electricity, no food or water. Many young men hopelessly left the rice plants that were left over by wandering through the sea. The government has called for the spirit of "good leaves protect torn leaves". Here, the orange relief boats beaming to the people.

Traffic problems in Vietnam are on an alarming level. We humans do not keep and protect traffic safety, so there are many problems: fatal accident, serious injury, …. and more than that, death on the spot. Those wounded people just for a minute missed, but now can not walk, even no longer in this world. To overcome this situation, we should raise the issue of traffic safety more. There are places traffic that is tight and properly implemented so there are no problems, and places where people die massively from traffic accidents. Therefore, we must actively be vigilant and propagate to everyone about the importance of traffic.

Tet is the most important holiday of Viet Nam.And because it is the most important, the traffic is more complicated.Before the holiday,people have to prepare for it.Many people catch buses,taxis,trains or even planes from everywhere in Viet Nam and forgein countries back to their beloved homes;some even have to ride their motorbikes with their children back home inspite of the long way;...just to reunite with their families to celebrate Tet.That why the street are full of motorbikes,buses,taxis,cars,...Also,people sell alot on this holiday,such as:kumquat trees,apricot or peach blossoms,fruit,incense,...So,it is not save to pass or ride vichles on the street.But,everything change when we begin to celebrate Tet on the first day.The road are clear and not much vichles are seen.It is quite save after all.But,don't jump out of the road without purpose and be careful.

Chúng ta đã biết thế giới đang ngày càng phát triển với trình độ khoa học kĩ thuật vô cùng tiên tiến. Nhưng cũng chính vì sự phát triển đó mà nhân loại chúng ta lại phải chịu những hậu quả nặng nề. Vấn đề nghiêm trọng chính là việc mà trái đất đang ngày một nóng lên. Có rất nhiều những mối nguy hại đã xảy đến như: thiên tai, các dịch bệnh truyền nhiễm,v.v. Tuy nhiên chính những người dân chúng ta lại đang khiến cho chính mình phải hứng chịu nó bằng cách phá rừng hay vứt rác bừa bãi. Chính vì vậy lũ lụt mới thường xuyên xảy đến và gây hậu quả xấu đối với nhân dân miền núi và đồng bằng. Việc cấp bách nhất lúc này chính là làm sao để ngăn chặn và phòng chống lũ lụt.

There are other risk factors for flooding that we have to mention such as steep-sided channels cause fast surface run-off, the lack of vegetation and woodland break the flow of water. In other words, there is little to slow the floodwater down.

In the future, I would like to live in a better world. First and for most, there will be no homeless people, no poverty and social vices. All people will have jobs and income to live on their own. As a result, the rate of unemployment will decrease. Secondly, people in the world will live in peace, no war, no violence and inequality. All nations will join hands to build a whole new world. Furthermore, the world’s citizens will utilize environment friendly equipment. Instead of burning fossil fuels for energy, people use alternatives like wind and solar power. Electric vehicle will replace nowadays vehicle to reduce air pollution, electricity will be generated by wind, solar panels or wave without damaging the environment. Besides, modern systems of public transport run by electricity will be developed to stop congestions and with higher speed,they can help people to commute faster and attract them to use more. And last but not least, I’d like my world to be friendly to nature. More trees and flowers will be grown everywhere, deforestations will disappear and the endangered species will be protected thoroughly. Although my wanted world seems to be difficult to achieve, but I believe that when we join hands and make efforts, nothing is impossible

  Technology has been progressing at a great rate over the past few decades. I think that in a few centuries, the world will be very different.

    Perhaps, in the year 3021, the world will be entirely computerized. Every household will have a mainframe which linked to all other systems. Adults don't have to go to work and children need not to go to school as everything can be done at home. Probably, by then, humans will not even have to take food in the form of meat, vegetables and rice to survice. Tablets containing the ideal proportion of the essential nutrients will be enough for us.

     Robots could become so cheap that every household could afford a few of them. Life will be easy and comfortable will all the household chores being done by the robots. Visiting relatives during New Year will not be nessary any more. All that the Vietnamese need to do is switch on the mainframe and exchange greetings through the big screen. Children could still get their "ang pows", but not directly. The money will be credited to their bank accounts using the mainframe.

    I think in the year 3021, people will use energy from nature like solar energy, wind, hydrogen instead of coal and oil. All these changes are just my own idea of what life in the future could be like.

    I wonder if they will come true.

For me, the future is not an unpredictable thing. With the flow of the world and all of the present technology, people may partially guess what will happen in the next decade or even the next century. Life in the future may be more advanced and comfortable than what we are been through, but it may also have some negative impacts from this generation. As we might know, population and global warming are getting out of our hands, and people from the future may suffer from the worse consequences than us at the moment. They can live in a smart house with serving robots and interactive households, but they might step out to the dark clouds and polluted air from the factories. High technology and modern gadgets may be great and useful for them, but they worth their health and a clean fresh environment to live. I hope human will find a way to protect the nature, so out next generation can both live comfortable and healthily in the future.

   Floods are a natural phenomenon. They cause tremendous havoc to human life and property but are sometimes also a blessing in disguise because they bring alluvial soil which is essential for crops. This is a great benefit compared io the havoc it creates.

   Floods are naurals calamities nad occur regularly in certain low lying area. The unexpected flood causes great misery. The rush of water demolishes houses and destroys homes. It inundates large areas under cultivation, wrecks public services and makes the life of the surviors miserable. Sometimes man is prepared for it and has learned to take advantage of floods to enrich their soil, trap fish and more logs of woods.

    Floods, however have always brought out the best in men. Men organise recus and relief activities for strangers without expectation of personalgain. Voluntary organisations organise relief camps and provide medical facilities. Floods bring out the best in men to the surface. People throughout the world make collections and airlift relief materials to the victims.

       The increasing incidence of floods can be reduced by contruction of damsand catchment areas. These activites can't be carried out by a single man, but can be achived only by thr Government as these require colossal resources, organisation and manpower.                                                                                                                                Every single man can contrinute to pevent foold by planting trees and preventing denudation of vegetable plots. Forestation is one of the best alternatives to arrest floods.

Nowadays, traffic problems is one of the biggest problems that Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam, has to deal with. The first problem is traffic jams. There are too many people using the roads, especially in rush hours when everyone is in a hurry to get to work or come back home. Another problem is poor road conditions. The road is too narrow and bumpy. Moreover, many streets in Hanoi is usually flooded when it has heavy rain making it difficult to move. Traffic accidents is the biggest problem. Everyday, there are more and more accidents happening because of careless drivers: Driving after drinking alcohol, not wearing helmets, and so on. Therefore, solving traffic problems is not only the agent’s duty of Hanoi but also awareness of ourselves.
