There are many ways to keep our body fit. There are a lot of activities to do. You can ride bike, go jogging, skipping, or some other activities. You need to do exercises that can help you gain sweat. Moreover, you can also have a healthy diet. A healthy diet is really important. If you give in your body a large amount of fat, that can make your body bigger. Besides, don't eat to much sweets and fast foods. That doesn't let you to losing weight, moreover you can gain weight. So in my opinion, we need to exercise recently and have a good diet each day. That can make your body fit!

To live and work well we must have good health, so I get some routine to keep my health. Every morning, I get up early that to go for a walk about 20 minutes. I don't ever forget to have breakfast, because it's very important to provide my energy working all day. I don't drink any alcohol as beer, coffee, ect... According to me, one of the best ways to stay health, we should eat plenty of fruit and vegetables with meals, and drink a lot of water.
I usually sleep 7 hours and don't stay up late. Besides, to reduce the problem of stress and get my energy back, I often come back to my country to relax and breath fresh air. It's not so far, only 30km. I really feel comfortable there.

There are many ways to keep fit. Fristly, you should have a balanced diet. For example, you should drink a lot of water. You should not eat fat, meat, junk food and fast food. Especially, you don't smoke, drink beer, wine and whiskey because that will make you are the pressure. The second way. I should do exercises. For instance, you can do morning exercises: walking, jogging, running,.or you can play sports: swimming, playing soccer, playing volley ball,..Because this makes you stronger, taller and healthier. Last but least, you should sleep enough. You should sleep eight hours a day and go to early because it is good for skin, more optimistic, and alway keep the smile on your slips. To have a good health we can follow some ways below. Firstly, having a balanced diet which is necessary for people. We should eat a lot of vegetables and fruit which are full of vitamins. Besides, we try to avoid foods such as: fast food, junk food, alcohol, beer, ......and cut down on high carbonhydrate . Secondly, we can improve my health through playing sports. It makes me feel refresh everyday and relax after a hard working day.Moreover, plays sports can decrease the risk of herat diseases, risk of high blood pressure, cancer.... Thirdly, we'd better sleep 7-8 hours a day and go to bed early. Instead of surfing the net, we should read the book before going to bed. Last but not least, think positvely plays a vital role in keeping our good healthy. In conclusion, we should follow these ideas and good health will belong to you.

And finally, you shouldn't work too hard, reduce the pressure and stress. That is many way to keep your fit, you can do it.
