After high school there are numerous things I want to do and accomplish in my life.

I want to attend college and law school. After I start working for a few years, I plan to settle down, get married, and have children. I still want to have a career, but I want to raise a family too. I’m not sure what will happen after this or that even this will take place because I can’t really plan out my life. Life is an unpredictable thing. There are many obstacles that may get in the way of perusing my goals. Some of the obstacles are college and law school. It takes a lot of studying, hard work, and determination in becoming a lawyer. With hard work and determinationI plan to accomplish my goals, whatever they may be, and live up to my full potential.

All of the special holidays in my country, I Tet the most. Tet is an occasion to everyone get together in warm atmosphere. Before Tet holiday, Everyone prepares many things and decorates their house. I plant a lot of flowers in front of my house and buy many things such as clothes, foods ...

Besides, most of the streets also are decorated beautifully with colorful lights and flowers. During Tet, I spends more time on visiting my relatives, friends and colleagues. Especially, I give to each other the best wishes for the new year. Tet is an opportunity for children receive lucky money. There is a funny thing that people try to avoid argument or saying any bad things at Tet. I love Tet holiday!

I only have Sunday off so I have very little free time. Sunday is a great day for me to spend.time with friends and my family. One dieu.Toi really like to do on Sunday morning to go fishing with my friends, although I do not always succeed in fishing. It is a time to relax and talk about last week's events and plans for the future. I often came home late in the afternoon. My family sometimes other relatives participated Sunday evening at a karaoke restaurant and we all have a good time together. It is especially exciting when my father get up to sing. He told me not to say this, but he is a very bad singer! Once in a while I go to the movies with my friends or my brother. Sometimes, I just stay at home, listening to music, watching videos or reading novels.

Tết đến xuân về, mọi vật như được đánh thức sau một giấc ngủ dài mỉm cười chào đón nàng tiên mùa xuân ấm áp. Ngoài vườn, trăm hoa đua nở,chuẩn bị phô sắc, toả hương mừng xuân mới. Hoà trong khí thế vui tưi ấy, cây mai cũng bừng tỉnh đón chào một năm mới với mọi sự tốt lành.

Sáng sớm, tôi tỉnh dậy bước ra vườn. Bên cạnh những cây hoa hồng kiêu sa, hoa cúc e lệ trong sương sớm thì cây hoa mai cũng thay áo mới để đón mừng xuân. Tôi còn nhớ, khi tôi học lớp bốn, cậu tôi đã tận cho gia đình tôi một chậu mai. Từ khi nhận được cây mai, gia đình tôi yêu quí, chăm sóc nó cẩn thận lắm. Mỗi lần nhớ tới cậu, tôi lại ra vườn tưới cây tỉa cành. Từng ngày, từng ngày, dưới bàn tay chăm sóc của gia đình tôi, cây lớn hẳn, bây giờ nó đã cao đến hai thước, gốc to bằng bắp chân tôi, những cái rễ đâm xuống như muốn tìm nguồn sống trong lòng đất mẹ. Không xanh tươi mảnh dẻ như hoa hồng, thân mai xù xì màu nâu sậm. Mỗi lần chăm sóc mai, sờ vào lớp vỏ xù xì của nó, tôi thấy thương mai biết bao nhiêu. Phải chăng nàng tiên Xuân không ưu ái cho mai nên mới khoác cho nó tấm áo buồn tẻ đến thế! Thế nhưng thân mai uốn lượn thật đẹp, lên cao chia thành nhiều cành nhỏ, những cành nhỏ đó lại chia thành nhiều nhánh mảnh dẻ nhưng những cánh tay giơ lên nhẹ nhàng xoè bàn tẩy đón lộc xuân. Còn nhớ, mới đây thôi, vào những ngày mùa đông giá lạnh, cây mai kiên cường chống chọi với thời tiết khắc nghiệt. Lúc này, mai phủ lên mình những chiếc lá màu xanh đạm, thon dài, mép có răng cưa. Khi mà Tết sắp đến, tôi thường giúp gia đình ngắt lá giúp mai để cởi bỏ những chiếc lá cũ. Và lúc này trông mai thật khẳng khiu, tội nghiệp. Toàn thân nó trơ ra những xương, co ro trong giá lạnh. Thế nhưng, chỉ sau vài ngày, mai đã bắt đầu nhú lên những chiếc nụ xinh xắn, no tròn xanh biếc, đầu nụ cuộn chặt vào nhau. Nhìn những nụ bé xinh, tôi có cảm tưởng như nàng tiên xuân đã nhẹ nhàng êm ái những đặt những hạt ngọc bích lên tô điểm cho mai, chuẩn bị cho một mùa xuân ấm áp, vui tươi.

 
Thế rồi, ngày Tết cũng cận kề. Lúc này những nụ hoa nở xoè những bông hoa năm cánh vàng tươi. Cánh hoa mỏng, mềm mịn như cánh bướm.Những bông hoa kết thành chùm cùng đua nhau khoe sắc trông thật rực rỡ. Lột bỏ tấm áo cũ, mai khoác lên mình tấm áo vàng lộng lẫy. Vào phút giao thừa, mọi người càng yêu mai hơn. Lúc này các loài hoa khác đã nhẹ nhàng lui gót để hoa mai lên ngự trị ở vị trí nữ hoàng của các loài hoa xuân. Cứ thế, mai trở thành người bạn tri âm của loài người vào những dịp tết đến, xuân về.

Những ngày tết ấm áp dần trôi qua. Mai bắt đầu rụng. Những cánh hoa mai giả từ cành rơi vàng cả gốc. Mỗi lần chị gió mỉm cười đi ngang qua, mai lại tươi vui bay lên xoay múa, rồi nhẹ nhàng đáp xuống đất, kết thúc một vòng đời tô điểm cho mùa xuân. Và lác đác trên cành mai, những đột non nhú lên trông thật đẹp! Những chiếc lộc mai có màu xanh phơn phớt hồng, chứa đầy nhựa sống, mềm mại vẫy trong gió như chào tạm biệt mọi người, như hứa hẹn một cái tết sẽ đến với nhiều niềm vui mới.

Mỗi lần mai nở lại báo hiệu sự viếng thăm của nàng tiên của mùa xuân. Mặc dù mai không ngào ngạt hương thơm, không hiễu hãnh phô sắc bốn mùa, nhưng trong lòng mọi người con đất Việt mãi mãi là một loài hoa thiêng liêng, mang đến cho con người nhiều niềm vui và nhiều điều tốt lành.
