When people use something, ( something is glass bottles, paper – aluminum) we have 2 choices: the first, throw them in the trash and the second , recycle them. which is  the solution you choose ?

If you choose the first solution, it means that : the aluminum will go into the landfill. That landfills are toxic and may be dangerous to the environment, because  they are very hard to decomposed. It’s worth nothing that, recycling these objects means that their materials will be used again, reducing the need for cutting down trees or mining for materials to make cans. In addition, programs exist that pay people to recycle many of the things that they use, including aluminum cans, glass bottles, cell phones, and some types of scrap metal. 

We can choose our solution to protect environment and our life, even  small actions also contribute the big goal  of human. Let‘s study some of ways to protect the environment and prace when you can, it’s just  simple habit to implement in your everyday life which will make a difference.

Use compact fluorescent light bulbs: it may be  more expensive, but it can be used  longer, the more money you can save , the more money paid on  the electric bill is reduced.Rainwater: we can use it for many different purposes.Walk or cycle: the car or motorbike is the biggest cause of pollution. we should decrease the amount of usage as much as possibleDonate: You have tons of clothes or things you want to get rid of. Playing exercise not only improves one health but also reduce stress. I choose to play badminton after a hard studying day. Badminton is a famous sport around the world. It is played by children, adult and even od people as it helps to exercise our muscles. Un football, badminton needs a smaller area of place to play. All the 2 players have to do is making the ball pass by a net until it drops on the ground. Although it seems to be easy, it requires lots of pracal skill and flexibility. Moreover, being good at badminton, one will be able to play other sport related to small ball such as table tennis. Nowadays, people tend to pay more attention to sports since it brings several physical and psychological benefits especially badminton. Besides, many high schools and universities teach badminton as a physical subject for students. In my opinion, everyone should take up badminton as a regular sports because of its advantages. Sport is necessary in modern society as human are going to be lazy.

There are many sports, which are good for our health and popular over the world. Soccer is one of my favorite sports. It is played by two teams consisting of 11 people each team. The general rule is that the ball is kicked by leg and the players get score when having the ball in their goal post. Football is known as “king” among other sports. First, it improves integrity when applying several techniques to create strong power. Second, it not only reduces stress and bad cholesterol of body but also relaxes out spirit after a hard working day. My brother usually plays football every afternoon after work as he is in a local sport club. Moreover, football is not simply one kind of sport, it is an art because of the popularity. Since there is an increasing number of football team over the world such as: Manchester United, Barcelona, Arsenal with professional players. Although I am not able to play well, I love watching football matches as they are interesting and we can also learn from their technique. Furthermore, football is public concern as well as heated debate. Football is now popular through women, who are thought not able to play this kind of sport.

Whoever you are, you have the right to dream of your future job. I also have one. That is my desire to become a teacher. Just thinking of my job, I feel so happy.

My friends often ask me that: “Why do you choose teaching?”. I smile. I choose this job, because I love children so much. I want to take care of them, teach them how to read, how to write, how to listen and show them the beautiful things of this life.

Teaching is similar to growing a tree up, you must have patience,  carefulness, and passion. And one of the important reasons that makes me choose this job is my parents. They hope that I can complete your dream.

In Viet Nam, the salary of a teacher is quite low, but I still want to become a teacher, simply because  I love this job and I believe in my love, as well as my passion for this job. In the future, I will become a good teacher. And now, I’m trying my best to complete the program in university to make my dream come true.

When I was young, I had a dream. It was to become a Fashion Designer. I alway wanted to be a Fashion Designer because fashion can make people feel confident or powerful. Or they can be comforting. She has long black hair a straight nose and a small pointed chin. She is quite slim. She doesn t like to dress up so I usually see her wearing jeans and a T - shirt. She has a very nice personality and a wonderful sense of humour but she can also get a little depressed from time to time.

My best friend name is Huyen . She is 12 years old and she is in class 6D at Vu Huu Secondary School . She isn't very tall but she is kind and funny . She is hard working . Sometime , she tells me some ghost story . I like Huyen because she always beside me .

Volunteering is important for numerous reasons which benefit both the community and the volunteers themselves. When someone donates a handful of time, the difference made is tremendous and it can shape a community for the better while the experience improves the person who have donated the time.

Volunteering is a kind of activity what makes a community because it brings people together to work on a goal. Whether it is a fundraiser for the research to cure a disease affecting the whole world, or to help a local family who has fallen in a time of calamity, volunteers do make it happen. Community life is improved by aiding others and lending a helping hand to get a job done more efficiently. More people working means less work for each person and saving time for the project. So when it comes to getting the job done, a community clean up, the more the merrier.

When a person donates their time, they give hope to someone who needs it. If a local family’s house burnt down and a group of people hosted a benefit for them, that family’s faith would be revived when they realized that people care for them. Although that family lost their house and their assets, seeing how their own community wants to help would bring them joy and show them that money isn’t everything.

A volunteer also benefits themselves because they get to see how their contribution has made a difference. This experience contributes to personal development especially in some areas such as self-fulfillment, self-confidence, and self-esteem which often flourish in the midst of volunteering experiences. The selfless act of volunteering also provides a spiritual enhancement. Knowing that you made a positive impact on someone is an emotionally uplifting experience that can never be matched by money or fame.

Donating time now will also help in the future. Volunteering strengthens present skills and also shows an employer that an effort has been made to make an improvement. Such skills include communication skills, ability to work with others, ability to take direction and lead others, time management and dedication. Employers will realize that as a volunteer you must be able to prioritize your schedule so as to devote time for activities that benefit others. When employers see active volunteer work on a resume, they are much more ly to employ that person rather than someone who doesn’t do voluntary work. Employers know that most people who offer their time are conscientious, honest and hardworking individuals.

These are just a few reasons why volunteering is important. Not only does it bring hope and happiness to people, but it also leads to spiritual and personal growth. It is an experience that cannot be bought with any amount of money. That are evrything i want to tell you
