 Mid-Autumn festival is a big event in my family.  ­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­Every year, all members of my extended family gather at my grandparents’ house and make moon cakes together. This is our tradition for many generations. Making moon cakes might look difficult at first but after a few times, I was able to make my own moon cake. The cake is made by flour with water and golden syrup. You can add a lot of things you want inside the moon cake. There are typically one or two egg yolks at the center of the cake.
