My parents’ hometown is Long An, but I was born and raised up in Ho Chi Minh City. People usually call it Saigon, and it is the biggest city of Vietnam. It has a lot of fascinating buildings and constructions since it is a modern and developing city. What I love about Saigon is that all the new and old things are perfectly harmonized. Behind the skyscrapers are the small alleys which contain a slower lifestyle and traditional values. My friends and I have a lot of places to go in our free time such as Nguyen Hue walking street, Tao Dan Park, Dam Sen Water Park, Suoi Tien theme park, and many other places which tourists usually visit. Besides the view, it can be said that Saigon is one of the food heaven that people should not miss when they come to Vietnam. We can find almost all kind of Vietnamese cuisine here, and we can enjoy featuring foods on floating restaurants on Saigon River. I love Saigon a lot, because both the people and the city itself are nice to me and whoever wants to visit it.

Ở đây chúng ta có thể tìm thấy hầu hết mọi loại ẩm thực Việt Nam, và chúng ta có thể thưởng thức những món ăn đặc trưng trên các nhà hàng nổi trên sông Sài Gòn. Tôi yêu nơi này rất nhiều, bởi vì cả con người và thành phố rất tốt với tôi và những người muốn đến đây.

In the school year there are many days but most probably the most significant day is November 20 - Teacher's Day Vietnam. In the turbulent atmosphere of November 20, surely many students sit back to reflect on the teacher. Me too. Infinite memories can not be spilled over. I forgot how my grandmother was standing on the podium, lecturing every once and a while. I remember how the dusty time to fly lightly fly and settle on the teacher's love hair. My ideal neibourhood is in Minh Duc village, Hai Duong province. It has beautiful parks, lakes, stadiums. And there are many shops, restaurants, café and markets. The streets are wide and clean. There are many buildings and offices but it’s not very crowded and busy. There are many public transportations: bus, metro, train... The people here are very friendly. They always greet when they meet each other on the streets.

I living in the countryside because of some reasons. Environmentally speaking, it is a peaceful place. The air is fresh. The space is quiet. We can enjoy healthy natural conditions without worrying much about environmental pollution.

As for social security, the countryside is a safer place than a city. While urban security situation is always complicated with all kinds of crimes, rural areas are much more secure because most of countrymen are friendly and ready to help one another.

Moreover, rural life is also easier that in cities. People in cities are easy to get stressed because of pollution, job pressures, competitions, etc ... The village has always been known to be a place of peace and quiet. The scattered houses among hundreds of plants and trees at once indicate the lack of activity in the village.

The workers in the village leave their homes early in the morning to work in the plantations or towns nearby. A few of the villagers, including women, go out to catch fish in the streams and rivers found in the village. Though the people of the village do not usually earn much, yet they seem to be contented.

In various parts of the village children may be seen playing the popular games of the village. Occasionally, a cyclist passes by.

Then, in the evening, the villagers meet one another. Some play cards and other types of games peculiar to the village. Some talk about the day's incidents in the village, and those whose minds go beyond the village discuss world events.

In almost every village there is a headman whose duty is to settle quarrels among the villagers and maintain peace in the village. Whenever there is a dispute, the villagers go to the headman who is held in such esteem that his word has the force or law. In this way the villagers have developed their own simple laws, and the crimes of cities are almost unknown to the people of the village.

During a festival, the whole village is alive with activities. Everyone is in a happy mood and plays his part to make the festival a success. This is the time for the men, women and children of the village to wear their best clothes and the village is full of colour. These simple ways of life in the village, however, must soon change. Progress in science and education has already begun to affect the outlook of the people in the village, and hundreds are leaving the village to seek their fortunes in the towns and cities.

this is my school .  the name of my school is Pho Minh secondary school  .It's on Vo Thi Sau street . It's vẻy beautiful and big . there are twevle classroom in my school . my school has two hunred students and  thirty teachers . student in my school are very good .  they come from around  Duc Pho district . our teacher  are friendly and kind. at school , Ilearn  many suject such as : English  , Math ,Art ,... .I English best because it's very entertaining and importan .  at break, I have a lot of activies : skipping ropea , hiding and seeking ,...so on . each day  at school  is a happy day .I love my school very much .

I study in Hung Dao School which is one of the best schools of QuanG Ninh. It has a stone building. It has all facilities a good school should have-well furnished classrooms, laboratories, library and playground.As we enter the school, there is a playground to our left and a small garden to our right. When we enter the building, the Principal’s room and the office room are to the left and the staff room to the right side. These are well furnished. There are thirty four classrooms. Our labs are well equipped. Our library has books almost on all subjects. Our Librarian is also very helpful.Our school, all schools, has a prescribed uniform. We have to wear white or cream cotton shirts, light-blue trousers, black shoes and white socks. Girls have to wear white blouses and light-blue skirts in primary and middle classes and white shirts and light-grey skirts in higher classes. They have to tie white ribbon also.In our school special attention is paid to behavior, cleanliness and punctuality. The most well behaved, neat and punctual student is awarded a prize at the Annual Day function.Our Principle is a strict disciplinarian. He takes the help of P. T. Teachers too. If any one violates the rules, and is not in uniform, or makes mischief, he gets punished. But he is fair and loving. He tries to find out the reason and guides us.Our teachers are also quite strict. They teach us with great care, check our note-books, help us when we need but if we are inattentive and don’t work properly, then we are punished.I my school very much and I am proud that I belong to it. I shall never forget it.
