Hi everybody. my name is Như today I will show you how to cook sticky rice. We need to prepare the following items: 500 grams of glutinous rice, 250 grams of peeled green beans, 2 tablespoons of sugar and 2 tablespoons of oil. First, the purchased rice is washed and then soaked for 8 hours. To save time in the morning, you should soak the rice overnight. After soaking, wash the rice again and then add salt and mix well. Next, soak the green beans for 4 hours, then mix them with salt and then steam them until cooked. Mix green beans with glutinous rice, then add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil to make the rice smooth, shiny and not sticky. Put glutinous rice and beans in the steaming tray of the rice cooker, remember to pour a lot of water below the rice cooker so that there is no shortage of water. Finally turn on the rice cooker button. Thank you for listening!

It is easy to see that the plate of sticky rice with gac is an indispensable dish in the Vietnamese Tet tray so far. In fact, there are also many different types of sticky rice processed by Vietnamese people to offer to ancestors. We can see from the popular sticky rice dishes that are sold every morning such as sticky rice, peanut sticky rice, sticky rice, or green bean sticky rice plates, to the sticky rice that is only cooked on the occasion of an anniversary, traditional holidays such as sticky rice and sticky rice. Five-color sticky rice, mixed sticky rice… However, we must be surprised to learn that only Gac sticky rice has become a traditional dish in the Vietnamese Tet dinner.

Every market closes to Tet, whether in the poor countryside or in the rich and busy city. And we seem to realize that even in the midst of busy shopping for Tet or decorating the house, people still try to buy some bright red gac fruit and blow a few plates of red gac sticky rice that is both fragrant and delicious. much!

The Mid-Autumn Festival is an important traditional holiday in my country. Mid-Autumn festival is celebrated not only in Vietnam but also in some other parts of Asia as well, such as China, Japan or Korea. And it is often celebrated on the 15th day of the 8th month of the lunar calendar with full moon at night. In the past, on this day the moon was brightest and roundest which represented the family reunion or gatherings. Therefore, families and friends often came together or harvested crops for the festival. Nowadays, Mid Autumn Festival is mainly for young children in Vietnam to enjoy the best time of the year. But not only can children celebrate this day but also adults can, adults who wish to have a chance to remind their their childhood and feel young again.

Nowadays, our life is very different from our life in the past. It was not as convenient as now. There were no modern equipments, electricity and the children didn't have to go to school, they used to stay at home and do chores. Almost people did on the farm. Besides, there weren't any motorbikes, cars or planes so the people used to travel on foot. The air was extremely fresh because there were any big factories.

Children are lovely creatures but can sometimes be naughty. They may not listen, do dangerous or annoying things to others. However, it is important not to criticize or dislike them too much - instead, we need to help and guide them. By discussing and negotiating with children, we can help them understand their mistakes and find solutions to problems. Also, children need time to relax and play. Therefore, instead of criticizing, we should help and guide children so that they can become good and useful members of society in the future.
