My family consists of four people. There are my parents, my brother and me. My father is an engineer . My mother is a housewife. My brother is a student, and I am a police.
We get up at 6 o’clock every morning. After breakfast, I and my father go to work, my mother does the housework and my brother goes to school.We have lunch at noon and dinner at 7 p.m. In the evening after dinner, we sit together in the living-room talking or watching television for about an hour. Then my brother and I go to our own rooms.
My family is a very happy one. We love each other very much and expect to live together under the same roof forever.

My house is located in a small quiet alley. That’s a pretty pink house which consists of 6 rooms in totally: a living room, a kitchen, a toilet, a bathroom and two bedrooms. There are a white leather sofa, a television and a sideboard in the living room. After dinner, my father will turn on the television, choose a great movie and we watch it happily. Next to the living room is the kitchen where is used for cooking and enjoying the meals. In the middle of the room is a dinner table which is made from wood. Three cookers, a refrigerator and all the necessary stuff for cooking is arranged carefully in the right corner of the room. In the left of the kitchen is a clean toilet. Beside the toilet is the bathroom which is equipped a shower and a bathtub. There are only two rooms upstairs that is my parents’ room and my private room. In the opposite of the bed are my desk and my bookshelf that contains many kinds of book. There are also an old television and a piano in my bedroom. I especially love the piano because that was the gift from dad in my birthday. In every Christmas or Tet holiday, all member of my family ornament the house together and then gather in the kitchen to cooking. Although my house is not too big but to me that is the most beautiful house in the world.

Vào mỗi dịp tết hay giáng sinh, tất cả thành viên trong gia đình đều cùng trang trí căn nhà và tập trung dưới bếp để nấu ăn. Mặc dù ngôi nhà của không lớn nhưng đối với tôi đó là ngôi nhà đẹp nhất trên thế giới này.

 have a big family which gives me the biggest love. My parents have three children, and we also live with our grandparents. Both of my parents are out for work to make sure we have a comfortable life. My father works at the office, and my mother works at the bank. They usually leave early in the morning without having breakfast at home, and my grandmother is the one who cooks for me and my siblings. Our grandparents are still young and very healthy; they take care of us pretty well when our parents are busy. I go to school by my own bike, and my grandfather takes care of my two little brothers. My favorite time of the day is dinner time, because the whole family will all gather after a long day. Seven people with seven stories about their days make the atmosphere become very warm and happy. I know my parents work very hard, so I try my best to become a good daughter and sister. I usually help with the chores, cooking, and looking after my little brothers. People say: Family where life begins and love never ends. There is only love from the bottom of the heart that could realize the meaning of that saying. My family is made up of 3 people: my mother, my younger brother and I. My parents have been divorced for 10 years. Since the pain that my mother had to suffer is too big so she doesn’t get married again and she has tried her best to take care of us. My mother’s main job is a pilot at Vietnam Airlines. Her flights could last for a few days or even a week. Sometimes we only meet her at the weekend. But my mother did hire an old house maid who is very careful and nice to take care of me and my brother while she is busy at work. We always look forward to receiving mother’s gifts after a flight. Left all the mess behind, my mother becomes a strong woman that she couldn't even imagine before. About my younger brother, he is the most mischievous person that I have ever known. Last semester, my brother’s teacher came to see my mother three times a week to complain about the things that he had done. However, he is very good at swimming. I’ve always been proud to be born into my family. One of the things I am most proud of is the carpentry tradition. My family has been a carpenter for three generations. Also, since childhood, I have seen many beautiful wooden products. To be able to create those products, it must go through many different steps. First, my dad will choose the type of wood and their size. After that, my dad will measure and cut the pieces of the wood to match. Next my dad will shape the wooden pieces. Once the wood pieces are finished, my dad will paint them with beautiful colors. I love watching my dad work. When I was growing up I wanted to continue the work my dad was doing. From there, many beautiful and useful wooden products can be created.

I am living in a apartment with my parents in Hanoi. It is located in the center of Hanoi which you can easily find. The streets are crowded with people but is has a convenient traffic. My apartment looks quite spacious and fresh. To describe my house regarding the design, it is simple as possible as because my parents doesn’t like sophisticated decoration. There is a living room, one kitchen, a bathroom and two bedrooms in my house.

The living room should be the biggest one where my family welcomes friends or entertains together after a long day. In each room, there is an own unique design with a bathroom is always very clean. I like my kitchen where my family gathers in the evening. To me, my house is a place where I feel the best in the world.

The feeling of making my family happy with my food is amazing. I often collect recipes from my mother and my grandmother. Sometimes I also get recipes from the internet. On working days, though they are busy, they try spending time with us and looking after our homework and other day to day activities.
