The Great Pyramid of Giza is a huge pyramid built by the Ancient Egyptians. It stands near Cairo, Egypt. It is the oldest of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World, and the only one to remain mostly intact. When it was built it was 146.5 metres (481 feet) tall. It was the tallest building in the world for over 3,800 years.. The pyramid was built for Khufu, an Egyptian pharaoh. It was perhaps built by Khufu's vizier, Hemiunu.^[1] It is believed that it took about 20 years to build, and was completed around 2570 BC.

Most of what can be seen of the pyramid now is its basic core of 2,300,000 blocks of limestone and granite. There have been many different theories to explain how the pyramid was built. Most accepted building ideas are based on the idea of moving huge stones from a quarry and dragging and lifting them into place. Archaeologists found that the Pyramids of Giza were not built by slaves, but workers who were paid for working. Their graves were found near the pyramid in 1990.^[2]

There are three known rooms, or chambers, inside the Great Pyramid. The lowest chamber is cut into the rock on which the pyramid was built. This chamber was not finished. The other two chambers are higher up inside the pyramid. . It is the only Egyptian pyramid to have the two passages.

The Great Pyramid is part of a group of buildings, called the Giza Necropolis. This includes two mortuary temples in honour of Khufu. One is close to the pyramid and one near the Nile. There are three smaller pyramids for Khufu's wives. Other buildings include an even smaller "satellite" pyramid, and a raised causeway which joins the two temples.

Last summer holiday, in order to escape the extreme heat of Danang city, my family and I decided to go to Dalat. We went there by bus.

When we got this mountainous and wonderful city, it was getting dark. We felt very excited because of the nice weather and the fresh air. We stayed in Hoa Hong hotel, a little but comfortable one in the centre of the city.

The next day we went shopping in Hoa Binh market and, caught some fresh air by sitting near the Xuan Huong lake. We had lunch in a nice restaurant near the garden of flowers. The food was delicious and cheap especially the vegetables. In the afternoon, we took a taxi to visit the Valley of the Love. How beautiful it was! The following day was for visiting Prenn Waterfall, the Than Tho lake and the Hills of Pine. Every spot has its own beauty, I could say which is the best. People are friendly and polite, especially young Dalat girls with their pink cheeks.

This wonderful holiday helped us to get rid of worries and trouble and gave us health and enthusiasm to resume work again. It was an interesting and unforgettable holiday.

A cheaper opinion is to take the airport bus to Nha Trang. You also get in Nha Trang by train, of course, Nha Trang is a stop on the main railway-line connecting Ha Noi and Ho Chi Minh City. Moreover, you also get in Nha Trang by car, you must spend 9 hours getting there. Vietnam has a lot of natural beauty. Halong Bay is located in Northeast Vietnam, which is part of the Northwest Bo Bo Bo. My feeling about Halong Bay was the first to see the miraculous beauty that nature gave Vietnam similar to what I learned through books and television: Ha Long Bay was really very beautiful and sexy. Ha Long Bay as a giant picture wearing extremely vivid. Viet Nam is a beautiful country and there are many beautiful destinations. I have ever gone to many land –capes but the place I would like to tell you is Hue. I would not forget this wonderful trip, which lasted in two weeks, with my family on my summer vacation 5 years ago. Hue is located in the central of Viet Nam, which belongs to Thua THien Hue province. When I came there the weather was generally quite hot, but I felt be very excited because this was the first trip in my life to Hue. There were many things make me to remember forever. the first thing was that people are very kind, friendly and hospitable, they are ready to help or take care of anyone. Besides, the sightseeing was very beautiful and I visited many places such as: Hue citadel, Huong river, Thien Mu pagoda, Trang Tien bridge and we also went to Dong Ba market to buy some souvenirs. Last but not least, Hue is also famous for food. I tried many kinds of food such as Hue rice, Hue beef noodles. They were so delicious that I tried many times. To sum up, that was a maverlous trip. I completely felt happy and I will remember it forever so if I have a change, I will come back and discover many famous places there again.

Hue is located in central Vietnam on the banks of Perfume River (Sông Hương), just a few miles inland from the East Sea. It is an unforgettable experience for visitors to observe breathtaking sight and picturesque scene. Beside, the beaches have long golden sand, deep blue sea in addition huge bunches of fresh coconut. Tourist has a chance to relax, enjoy the peace and nature, play aquatic sport. Moreover, the city has many big bridges like: Dragon bridge, Quay bridge and a large outdoor entertainment named Asia park. Additionally, there are a lot of delicious typical dishes such as: Quang noodle, xeo cake, pork pan-cake and others. Da Nang is preserved for its natural beauty; therefore, there is an increasing number of tourists come here. Consequently, it leads to polluted environment, natural damage and other social problem. However, the security of the city is good that there is no street robbery. Hence, Da Nang is voted to be one of the most worth-living cities in Vietnam. In the future, I hope Da Nang will develop and become more popular over the world.
