Bài 2 :

On summer holiday, I often go back to my hometown and I have seen many changes in this rural area over the years.

The most impressive change is in education. Recently, there are more schools rebuilt nearby and they are all better equipped. This summer, my hometown friends and I enjoy reading different kinds of books and comics in the new library. This change makes my stay here a lot more enjoyable.

Means of communication is the second big change I can see in the area. In the past, the common way to contact somebody faraway was to write letters by hand. Nowadays, thanks to mobile phones and even social networks, the locals can keep in touch more easily.

However, the negative change in the environment is something I dislike. Vast paddy fields where the children used to fly kites no longer exist. Instead, a new industrial zone appears. Worse, factories in the zone are polluting the river and make it too dirty for us to swim in.

Bài làm 1 :

My hometown changes so much. The first change is life of local people. They have a better life because they have electricity, TV, hospital, schools nearby the village. The second change is the people There are more people and more houses here. The houses are more modern in brick not by soil anymore. The last change is the place for children to play. There is a park in the village.

Bài làm 2 :

I live in a mountainous village. My parents often tell me stories about their life in the past. It’s not much like the village I can see nowadays. Some villagers now live in brick houses instead of earthen ones. Our houses are better equipped with electric fans and TVs. Thanks to the TV, we now know more about life outside our village. We don’t use oil lamps any more. We have electric lights which are much brighter. More villagers are using motorcycles for transport instead of riding a horse or walking. We — village children — no longer have to waik a long way and cross a stream to get to school, which is dangerous in the rainy season. Now there’s a new school nearby. We also have more visitors from the city. They come to experience our way of life.

Chúc cậu học tốt!!

Hello, I want you to know my hometown. My hometown is too hot almost the entire year – about 33 degrees. So the nights are the good time to play. It’s nice to go to the restaurant, bar to meet friends and have a drink something. There are beaches here, beautiful beaches and I love to go swimming. Sometimes, I go out or just stay home and watch TV. People here are peaceful and friendly.

My hometown is called Sorsogon. I was born and raised there and I can say it is definitely my favorite place. It is located in the southernmost tip of the largest island in my country. I cannot tell that it is a very big province. The town is both traditional and modern. I call it traditional because there still are many festivals celebrated by the locals, yet modern, as it is starting to be developed just other province having much more sophisated infrastructure.

Sorsogon is a province that is about 12-hour bus ride from the capital city of the Philippines. Main roads are part of the national highway, so they are wide and huge. The highway happens to be an important place, because it is a key passage for buses and cars that cross it on their way from the North to the South.

Sorsogon is also special as it offers many tourist attractions. For example, in a close vicinity, there are an active volcano and a lake with very beautiful scenery.

Among all the places I have been to, I think Sorsogon is one of the best. There are wonderful places to visit – not crowded and not polluted. I frequently go to beautiful and clean beaches.Sogroson is located on many islands that are not yet developed and are very peaceful and relaxing to stay in. On top of that, natural cold and hot springs are popular here as well. Many people visit this place to experience them.

My neighborhood in my father's story is now different from that neighborhood. My neighborhood is very poor in his story. Everyone is living a hard life at that moment. Lack of food, lack of money. It is different now. People no longer live a hard life. They've got enough food, enough money, a house for everybody, and a lot more stuff. Sentiments are the only things that don't change. Everybody will still be very pleased. They work together, and when they need to support each other, that's a privilege. That makes my village, for everyone, a wonderful place. People are just farmers, but in the face of suffering, they have unity. And when they have money in their hands, they are always in unity with each other, they are friendly, they are supportive, they are good people. The landscape is much like the old days. That mountain, that river. Nature, with humans, is peace. People live with nature, people create things from nature, and nature is still accessible to people, providing them with resources to build their home. That's what people are looking for, and they deal with it very well. That's what I can tell about my home village. My village is a beautiful place, in my opinion.

Villages are a beauty and today`s generation is really missing the beauty of villages. Villages are so silent and calm and pollution free. Though I live in a city with the maddening crowd and sound, my parents used to live in villages and I have been there many times. Both my parents come from villages, and I look forward to go their places during my vacations. It is so calm and peaceful and the beauty of nature is just fantastic. With not many families around, they know each other so well, that they all almost live like a large family. You could step into your neighbor’s house at any time and you would be welcomed with yummy dishes and snacks. Though the transportation has advanced, there are still places where you need to walk.I remember, while visiting my grandmother’s place, we had to walk through the paddy fields to reach her home!! It was such an experience that I guess very few, who are of my age would have hadThe backwaters are another beauty to the villages. You have small streams that club to the lakes and backwaters. This stream water is so fresh and crystal clear. You could walk through them and the cool water just rushes over your feet and makes you feel so cool. Hours could be spent by simply sitting and admiring the beauty of nature. The sunset is a beautiful scene to be viewed.

I was born in a quiet village where the influence of the city is not much. It is a very good place for relaxation indeed.
In my village, people live very close to each another. The people are very simple in thought and behavior. Therefore they are friendly and helpful . So, the crimes of the city are almost unknown in my village. The people work together and live in peace. I love them.
My village is surrounded by paddy-fields and a river. All these add great beauty and variety to my village scene. Although I do not like growing rice, but I really like the fields. It makes me have a good mood, a peace mood and a relaxed mood. Living among such friendly and simple people, in such a quiet village, is indeed a real pleasure.

My neighborhood is in the suburbs of the city. It used to belong to a suburban town but has now been converted into a ward. The main road that runs along my neighborhood has been paved. New sidewalks are paved with new tiles. Many trees are planted to bring fresh, cool green streets. The maintenance of public sanitation is promoted so the streets are always clean and beautiful. Those who encroach on the roadways and sidewalks for business must retreat according to the general rule. At night, when the lights on both sides of the street turn on, the lights of the houses also shine, looking at the neighborhood that looks beautiful and sparkling.

Next to the house I have a good-hearted neighbor named Uncle Tinh. My house is always close to my house, just a fence wall.

Uncle Love is 49 years old, Uncle more than his 7-year-old father. Highly elastic, thin and thin, but very strong and solid. The black hair is cut short to reveal his well-shaped figure. The black eyes are very bright, but they have a lot of crow's feet due to the hardship of a farmer. Whenever he works, no one can blame him, he is also very agile and resourceful. I often climb the wall to play with his son, because the two of us the same age, in the same class should play very close. One day playing, I forgot to eat lunch, he went to work to see so he told me to stay together to eat meals always. Because of the two students in the same class, every time I go to school, they are always transported by me, sunny and rainy as they arrive on time to carry us.

Uncle loves me, or buy candy for me again. Everybody around him is a gentleman because he is gentle and kind. I consider him as a second father, something I always told him to hear it.

I have left my hometown for 15 years when I was 10 years old. Yesterday I had an occasion to turn back my hometown .I was really surprised at the change of my hometown. The roads in my memory was small, rough, and have many pothole, but nowadays, it was widened,. It is large and the two roadsides they plant a lot of trees. The house was made of brick, which was small in the past but nowadays it have changed a lot. The building prings up like mush rooms. It is very beautiful and spacious. I went to my old school. OW, I seemed incredible. It has been changed completely. It was upgraded and spacious. At the center of the hometown there is a big superment, in the past there was a small shop. The change of the hometown made me surprised a lot.

t hasn't changed too much in only ten years. However, perhaps 15-20 years ago the downtown area had more character and culture, and now it looks pretty much like a mall. The shabby but awesome and homey arcades, surf shops, and ice cream shops right along the beach have been moved back across the street and been replaced by fancier (and pricier) shops. The cool vibe that anyone belongs (teens in cut-offs, dudes with boom-boxes, kids with dirty feet) have been replaced somewhat by the wealthier folks who like classy restaurants that overlook the ocean, martinis, and kids with Baby Gap shoes instead of dirty feet.
