My favourite TV programme is “Discovering The World”. 

It provides us with a lot of interesting facts about nature, the universe, humans, animals and plants all over the world. 

It's on VTV3 channel, at 12 pm from Monday to Thursday. 

I it so much because it gives me a lot of information about everything around us. 

You know I discovering strange facts about our planet, so this programme is very useful and interesting to me.

There are many aqua sports such as: windsurfing, water polo, body board; however, swimming s the most famous. To my point of view, I love swimming for several reasons. First and foremost, swimming helps individual save oneself when being in dangerous situation such as drowning. Supposed you are in a holiday at a beach city, it’s better to know swimming as well as taking part in water activities. Second, there is a large number of people scare of water; therefore, learning swimming can reduce risk and their fear of water. Third, swimming is a beneficial and popular sport among ages. As there is an increasing number of swimming pools in city, more people go there and have a chance to swim. Besides, having a slim body is the dream of almost women. All in all, swimming brings us many outstanding advantages as well as benefits.

When we mention Japan, people will immediately think of the prosperous Tokyo City which is busy all day and night. It has a diversity culture, and it is a combination of modern and traditional values. When people arriving in Tokyo, they will have chance to admire ones of the most modern buildings of the world. People can see the overview of the beautiful Tokyo from Tokyo Sky Tree Tower - the pride of the city. On the fine days, people can see Mount Fuji which is covered by snow from this tower. Japan is the nation traditional festivals which take place throughout the year. If we come to Tokyo those holidays, it will be our unforgettable experience because there will be many interesting things awaiting us. In spring, around from the last week of March to the second week of April is the time of the Cherry Blossom Festival, and it is an occasion for everyone to see Tokyo being covered in the pink of flowers. In summer, we will have the opportunity to watch the colorful fireworks festival which is held on the Sumida River flowing through Tokyo. Next, the bright red color of the leaves, the pleasant atmosphere of Tokyo's autumn sky will make you want to stay here forever. If we hate the heat of the summer, we can come to see a city that is covered in a pristine layer of white snow. There are a lot of unique and interesting things about Tokyo. The mix of natural scenery and architecture and the combination between tradition and modernity have created an impressive Tokyo city.

Hello everyone! Today I'll tell you about my house. I live in a big house in the countryside and it is very beautiful. It has a living room, a kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. In the living room, there is a table, four chairs, a television and an air conditioner. My bedroom is very nice. There is a computer, a bed, a lamp and two pictures on the wall. And a bookshelf above the table, some teddy bears on the bed and a wardrobe. The kitchen has a refrigerator, a stove and a sink. Next to the kitchen is the bathroom. It has a shower, a washing machine and a tub. I love my house very much.

Environment is an essential part of our life. A clean environment is necessary for a peaceful and healthy life. An environment is the natural surroundings which helps human beings, animals and other living things to grow and develop naturally. But nowadays, our environment is disturbing in many different ways. Any type of disturbance in the nature’s balance affects the environment totally. It does not only ruin human lives but also affects on all living beings. We can save our environment with the little step taken by everyone on the earth. We should reduce the amount of waste, throwing wastes properly to its place only…and many other simple ways. It is very important to save environment for human existence. When we protect the environment, we are protecting ourselves and our future as well.

There are home robots, teaching robots, worker robots, doctor robots and… Ah! space robots. 

I think home robots will be able to guard our house. They will be able to recognize our faces and if they find someone strange, they will sound an alarm. 

Teacher! I think teaching robots will be able to help students study many subjects Maths, Literature, English and Geography. 

In my opinion, worker robots will be able to build our buildings, skyscrapers and bridges. People won't have to do dangerous jobs. 

Uhm, well… They will be able to examine sick people and give them prescriptions. 

Space robots will be able to make surveys or inspect on other planets in order to know how they are. 

Teacher! I think there will be entertainment robots. They will be able to play music, sing and dance.

My parents gave me a trip to Sapa as a present for my effort in the previous school year and the trip was an unforgettable memory to me. My family got there in the morning when the weather was cool but it began to become warmer at noon and in the afternoon but in the evening, the outside was quite cold and even having snow at night. It was such an amazing experience that I really enjoyed it. We also went sightseeing and the natural beauty here took my breath away. The roman and peaceful atmosphere with ranges of mountains surrounded by fog soon made a strong impression on me. I also had an opportunity to try seating on a cable car and enjoyed how breathtaking the view was.That was the first time in my life that I could see mountain, forests and waterfalls with my own eyes.The next day, my mom and I spent time going to the market where many of activities took place and I bought some souvenirs as gifts for my close friend. Especially, I was totally surprised at the ability of speaking English of local residents, especially small children. Besides, I also had a chance to try local food such as Sapa Cap Nach Pork, bamboo sky rice, Tao Meo Wine… Each has its unique flavors that all satisfied my tastes. Finally my family had to say goodbye to Sapa but I still hope to come back here one day in a nearest future.

Mình cũng có cơ hội được ngồi trên cáp treo và tận hưởng vẻ đẹp đến nghẹt thở của khung cảnh nơi đây. Đó là lần đầu tiên trong cuộc đời mình được tận mắt nhìn thấy núi, rừng và thác nước. Ngày tiếp theo mẹ và mình đã dành thời gian đi chợ nơi có rất nhiều hoạt động diễn ra và mình đã mua đồ lưu niệm để làm quà cho bạn thân. Đặc biệt mình rất ngạc nhiên với khả năng nói tiếng anh của người dân nơi đây, đặc biệt là trẻ em nhỏ. Bên cạnh đó mình cũng có cơ hội được thưởng thức đồ ăn đặc sản nơi đây như là thịt lợn cạp nách sapa, cơm lam và rượu táo mèo...Mỗi món ăn có mùi vị riêng và chúng đều hợp với khẩu vị của mình. Cuối cùng gia đình mình phải nói lời chia tay với Sapa và mình có thể quay trở lại nơi đây một ngày nào đó trong một tương lai không xa.

I living in the countryside because of some reasons. Environmentally speaking, it is a peaceful place. The air is fresh. The space is quiet. We can enjoy healthy natural conditions without
worrying much about environmental pollution. 

As for social security, the countryside is a safer place than a city. While urban security situation is always complicated with all kinds of crimes, rural areas are much more secure because most of countrymen are friendly and ready to help one another. 

Moreover, rural life is also easier that in cities. People in cities are easy to get stressed because of pollution, job pressures, competitions, etc ... On the contrary, those bad things
are very rare in the countryside. To sum up, except income matters, the countryside is a better residence than cities.

My first visit to Nha Trang, the coastal city, was three years ago. It was a pleasant and memorable trip.

Nha Trang, the capital of Khanh Hoa province, has one of the most popular municipal beaches in all of Vietnam. In Nha Trang, nature beauties are so tempting. Waves crashing onto the cliffs; the soft sigh of the sea breeze; clean white sands and turquoise waters; it all makes for a stunning landscapes. On my visit to Nha Trang, I used to get up early each morning to stroll along the beach – a chance to breath in the fresh sea air and enjoy the sunrise across the water. One attraction that captivated me three years ago and still it does is the collection of small offshore islands. Hon Tre is the largest of the islands, and Monkey island is, as the name suggests, the home of hundreds of wild monkeys. Yen island is known for its swifts’ nests.

Nha Trang is one of the greatest holiday destination. I hope to have chance to come back.

ADVANTAGES AND DISADVANTAGES 
WHEN YOU’RE LIVING IN THE CITY

Now, we live in a big city. Advantages of city often bring comforts back to us and its disadvantages always make us troubles and unhappiness. We try to two aspects of the matter.

Advantages of the city are many and evident.

The first, living in the city citizen can go here and there easily relying on transport vehicle such as: airplane, boat, bus, taxi and “xich-lo” bicycle always is available to satisfy the taste for their moving.

The second, city life with comfort electric and water system always bring satisfaction, enjoyment back to the citizen. Close beautiful shops supply them useful things. The hospital is equipped fully with doctors, surgeons, dentists, physicians and nurses team who have more experiences can cure or lessen span of pain where they need some helps.

The third, city is a big educated and cultural center. In there, the citizen can have excellent vehicles and study-condition. Alternatively, they can improve their knowledge rely on wide net of libraries, showrooms, cultural centers and public lecture room.

The fourth, different communicated devices in the city helps city citizen know happening event all over the world. Therefore, they can get changes, reforms, and adapts easier with new ideas and meditation.

Nevertheless, if we look at the wrong side of the matter, we can realize that city life has more disadvantages.

First, exhaust fumes of cars and machines polluted the atmosphere in the city seriously, because of smoke from factory chimney, because the dirty and the garbage thrown topsy-turvy. River and lake are dirtied by dismiss toxic-chemical irresponsibly.

The second, the movement in the city sometimes is difficult by traffic-jam, roads are downgraded and sewers are stuck by garbage always cause flooding out in the rainy season.

The third, noisy and hurry life in the city, heated competition for searching jobs in too crowded city often make city citizen discourage and make them have an old head on young shoulders.

The fourth, bohemian lifestyle with depraved culture, suck scag, trade in drugs and prostitution poisoned the life of city citizen.

The fifth, city citizen always obsess by sudden death in traffic accident or motor race. Poorer, in somewhere in the city they do not dare go out in the evening because they fear mugging or violating

All of us hope our state will have dras methods to repair disadvantages for city citizen to enjoy perfect life in a modern civilized city.

Tôi thích sống tại một thành phố lớn, bởi vì tôi có nhiều cơ hội để học hỏi và phát triển bản thân mình và tôi cũng có thể có nhiều cơ hội để có được một công việc tốt và kiếm tiền. Khi tôi lớn lên và sống ở thành phố, tôi nhận ra rằng cuộc sống ở thành phố có thể mang lại cho bạn rất nhiều những thuận lợi và cũng không ít bất lợi.

Ở đây, tôi muốn nói về những lợi thế.

Đầu tiên, thành phố là trung tâm chính trị và kinh tế của đất nước. Vì vậy, nó sẽ đáp ứng bạn với những điều kiện tốt hơn, là môi trường tốt để phát triển sự nghiệp của bạn;

Hai là, sống ở thành phố bạn có thể chọn công việc phù hợp và tích lũy kinh nghiệm tốt từ các đồng nghiệp được đào tạo tốt.

Hơn nữa, bạn cũng có thể đưa con cái của mình đến các trường học tốt, và bạn có thể tận hưởng được rất nhiều các dịch vụ giải trí.

Tuy nhiên, bạn có thể dễ dàng ['i ː zɪlɪ] nhận ra một số bất lợi của sống trong thành phố.

Việc đầu tiên là ách tắc giao thông mà chúng ta phải gánh chịu từ mỗi ngày.

Bên cạnh đó, ô nhiễm môi trường cũng đe dọa đến sức khỏe của bạn.

Cuộc sống hối hả ở thành phố được cho là nguyên nhân tạo ra một số bệnh nghiêm trọng như căng thẳng. Bạn luôn luôn bận rộn từ sáng đến tối. Bạn không có thời gian để giải trí, đó là nguồn gốc của sự căng thẳng.

Nói tóm lại, tôi muốn kết luận rằng ở bất cứ nơi nào bạn sống đều có cả lợi thế và bất lợi. Bạn nên biết để tránh các bất lợi cho cuộc sống của bạn.

Big cities attract a lot of investments of inside and outside country, so the number of factories is increasing fast. This makes the air extremely polluted by smoke from factories, trucks, and motorbikes. As a result, more and more people get many serious diseases, such as lung cancer, tuberculosis and so on. Next is traffic jam. There are a lot of people and transportation in big cities, so traffic jam is an unavoidable problem. People can not go to work on time because they are always stuck for hours in rush hour. Besides, transport system which is stuck will cause a lot of serious problems. For example, ambulance and fire engine can not get in time to complete duty, so there is a big loss of humans and property. It also takes a lot of money of producers when their goods do not get in time. Lastly, the living standard in big cities is very high. Nowadays, the development of big cites is faster and faster, so these big cities become big economic centers of country. Because of that, public services such as health service, postal service, etc cost a lot. It will be difficult for the poor and workers to live in big cities because they have to pay too much for public services while their salary is too low. In conclusion, it is not easy to live in a big city.

Many people suffer from respiratory problems such as cough, sore throat or asthma. Indeed, city life brings a number of difficulties as well as challenges to its citizens.
